For the second time this week I am waiting in my car outside this business for the front desk person to show up. It is completely unmanned and I cannot pick up my clothes. I have been waiting for no less than 10 minutes. I don't want to come here but I live very close so I basically have to. The first time I dropped off here, I left my clothes around noon on a Sunday and was told my clothes would be done by the next day. I came in Monday afternoon (after work) and it had not been touched because nobody told the woman who works weekdays that it needed to be done by Monday afternoon. This is what I was told. Ridiculous. I ended up doing it myself. Update! It is now 8:57 AM and I finally have my laundry. I have been here since 8:40.

The equipment has stayed the same throughout the years and it appears upkeep isn't top priority. A lot of the dryers have the black lining on the glass of the door falling off which in turn lets the heat out. I've seen people stuff dryer sheets into the places where the lining is missing but that doesn't help keep the heat. The customer is losing money since the machines aren't efficient. The washing machines themselves are dirty- the location to place your soaps and softeners is all clogged up with residue - those need a good cleaning and staff/owner can do that but they don't. It's rare you will find a staff member that is non Spanish speaking so communication when something is wrong is nonexistent. The area itself is going through a change and honestly I don't feel that safe going to this location like I used to. After a long time of coming here - I had to end it. I hope they renovate and or address maintenance issues.
