My goal was to have the windshield along with all of the side and rear windows tinted. I dropped the vehicle off at 9:30 AM, with an appointment at 12:00 PM. I received a text around 1:30 PM letting me know it was ready for pick up. When I arrived, there had been a simple miscommunication, and only the windshield and front two windows had been completed. These things happen, and what really impressed me was how the team handled it. They didn't make excuses or hesitate, they immediately pulled the vehicle back in and completed the remaining side and rear windows in under 40 minutes, all while remaining friendly, professional, and focused on quality. One thing I really appreciated was their expertise. I originally wanted 15% tint on the side and rear windows, but they explained that because my BMW already had factory privacy glass, adding 15% film would leave those windows around 2%, much darker than I intended. They recommended going with 50% over the factory tint instead, which resulted in an overall appearance of about 12%. That guidance saved me from making a decision I likely would have regretted. Their tint is machine-cut, so the fit and finish are incredibly clean, with no unnecessary trimming on the vehicle. The final result looks fantastic. Overall, the customer service, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to make things right really stood out. I'll definitely be back for PPF and ceramic coating and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Amazin Tint to anyone looking for high-quality tint work.

I had assumed that this Pompano window tinter was the best in their chosen field! Wow, I was definitely wrong! My appointment time was 9am, and left at 1230. I waited approximately 3.5 hours for 2 front windows to be covered with 3M Crystaline tint film + 2 headlight protection film to be applied on my 2022 Mercedes-Benz G550. I did fall asleep waiting in Silence! I was abruptly woken with your Car is ready Mr. Ventrella! I really didn't check the work, because I was half asleep! When, got back home I start to see everything! I took my dried up contacts out and placed my glasses on and I was shocked! The film was bubbling up & unraveling in-front of my eyes! The 3m window film did not touch the bottom of the window and all the edges we're rounding out leaving gaps! The film did not go past the windowsills rubber. Come on now are we amateurs? This wasn't a DIY PROJECT! On top of that they damaged my leather grab handle on the driver side door from their window solution! My front doors were still wet and very soggy! White residue was visible when they finally dried! Now let's talk about their headlights protection film, basically they placed the film without removing the plastic headlight cover! So the actual film is visible when looking directly at the headlight's! The film only covers the headlight plastic opening (The reason I needed the PPF on my headlights because while cleaning my car l used the the wrong microfiber rag and scratched my lens! So by adding the PPF that removes my DIY mistake) What is there excuse? I immediately jumped into my car and headed back over! They wanted to redo it but I'm not waiting another 3 1/2 hours plus I was extremely livid with their" workmanship"| didn't even want them to touch my vehicle after damaging my door-handle! I was irate to be honest! Their excuse why the window tint wasn't accurately placed on the window because my rubbers are very tight, & their machine had pre cut the pattern out! Well you're in the business for 30+ years wouldn't you know better? Not allow a machine to dictate your work? Then I was told by the owner that I have 3M manufacturer warranty, so I can go anywhere to have it replaced! MIss using the 3M manufactory warranty on your poor workmanship. They probably want me to come back to use the warranty so they can charge me a surcharge, no thank you! When I got back home I removed the window tint with one swipe! I wasted 3.5 hours and $350 plus and now I have to go waste another $80 for a leather door grab handle! I emailed Window Tint USA days later showing photos of the film removal so they can issue a full refund! Yet, no response! This happened in March, and I'm reminded daily each time I grab my door handle how horrible of an experience I had with Window Tint USA!

I would love to see my options down the line with replacing this tint film with an even darker one.

Henry visited and patiently went over the tint options and Leslie set up the appointment and visited the day of install to assist and coordinate. We had a large arch window high up above the front door which is a challenge to get up on a ladder; however Henry was up to the task and did an amazing job along with the rest of the windows including 2 windows that were re-frosted. Leslie also assisted with another staff team member. They were at a different location when I started coming years ago but the new spot is more spacious & less than a minute from the old one. From the moment you walk in you're treated respectfully & they do a solid job at getting your car in quickly. When I called it was recommended to make an appointment but that's always a smart thing to do when you plan on getting any type of work done. I had an early morning appointment midweek & although it was empty, I'm glad I had it. I was greeted by an employee right when I got there & after a quick discussion about what I needed done he took my car to the back. I stayed around while they did my tints & was back out in less than 2 hours. I was asked what I specifically wanted & have never felt pressured into buying something more expensive. I appreciate how this shop respects your wants while also providing top quality service. You're never made out to feel like you're in the wrong when you don't go with a recommendation. They take it for what it is & give you exactly what you ask for. As far as I'm concerned, it's been the same owner for the past 12+ years I've been coming. He's straight to the point but respectful. It's a good sign when you constantly see high end cars in their garage so you know they don't play around. Having auto shops on nearly every corner in south FL you need to stand out from the crowd. Providing quality work while not pressuring me is a sure way to get my business & my track record with them has been near perfect. As someone who's used them for tinting & electrical work installing a radio, I have a great assessment of this shop. I suggest checking them out if you need any kind of work done.
