Thankfully my car insurance covered the repair with $0 deductible and sent me to Safelite. I was able to get a quick appointment and was able to reschedule easily online for my convenience. However on my actual visit I heard two people in line before me that had issues with their appointments. One lady had an appointment but upon arrival was told that it was cancelled. No one knew why or who cancelled it but they didn't have space and she had to go home without a glass during the rain. Another gentleman had called in to confirm they had the right part he needed to fix his car, but upon arrival was told they didn't have it in stock and had to come back the next day. Thankfully my appointment was still available and they took my car. They have complimentary waters and snacks as well as a TV for those who wait. The staff was very polite and friendly, however they weren't able to give me a time that my car would be ready. They told me to just come back at 5:30 because they close at 5 and it should be ready by then. There is nowhere in the near vicinity to wait at so I decided to wait inside the center since my appointment was at 3 and I could wait 2.5 hours. At 5:30pm I got my first check in asking me which car was mine. A few minutes later I was informed that my car will be ready in another 45 minutes estimating my end time at 6:15pm. Another gentleman sitting here waiting as well was told that his car has been finished already. Looks like they didn't care to update him. I wish there was better communication. Further, there were 5 people who, like me, opted to wait inside. However I was one of the first to arrive, and the last one to get my car fixed. I know that repairs will have been faster than replacements, but still. The lack of communication and extended wait really started to get on my nerves.

Technician was supposed to arrive between 8 and 12 and he arrived at 12:10, with an attitude. The repair time was supposed to be between an hour and two and he took 2.5 hours and at the end he didn't even complete the service!!!!! They said that they needed to calibrate it and they couldn't and then they wanted me to go to their location which is 35 min away from where I live to then wait for hours because they said they needed at least an hour to see if they can calibrate it. I said beforehand that I needed that to be quick because the only time I had was during my lunch break and there were like 6 people waiting and said it will take hours. WHY ADVERTISE AS A SERVICE THAT GOES TO YOU TO THEN MAKE YOU GO ALL THEY WAY TO THEM AND WAIT FOR HOURS???? AND after all, when I'm there, they say that if I don't do the calibration there, they just don't care because they make you sign a waiver before the do some work in your car. If you're looking for windshield replacement I recommend you finding a company that is near you in case "calibration" cannot be completed. I asked if they can to me to attempt to recalibrate and they said no. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE don't recommend this company/service to anybody

    I am sharing my experience in the hopes of preventing others from experiencing anything even…read moreremotely similar. I brought our Range Rover sport in to have it wrapped, at first all seemed well. The installer Andy was extremely friendly and very attentive, unfortunately he was new to this specific wrap material, and there was also some damage caused to a few trim pieces along with the vehicles paint. The damage was caused by the cutting blade used to trim the wrap material, in short the results were less than desired. A separate employee EJ overlooked tightening our wheels properly which we thankfully discovered while filming the poorly wrapped vehicle, we immediately torqued the wheels to the correct specifications. Separately, he left several trim covers without re installing them, basically just poor quality control in my opinion. A simple checklist would probably prevent most of this from reoccurring. We brought the vehicle back in for a second try where they replaced a couple panel sections of wrap material, and revisited a few other areas with minimal improvement. At this point the owner Mike reviewed the vehicle and mentioned he has used this specific material more than 50 times and he would make things right. After leaving the vehicle at the shop, the third time, the owner, Mike the owner made some corrections to some less than perfect areas, he also replaced other areas with a Lesser quality wrap material, which did not adhere properly. The owner Mike then proceeded to cover the damage, plastic trim pieces on the vehicle in an effort to disguise the damage in a very deceitful matter rather than replace, and correct the situation created by his staff, and now himself. After communicating with Mike over the phone and sharing my dissatisfaction with the vehicle wrap and the completely draining process, he assured me he would make it right even if it meant rewrapping the entire vehicle once again. I brought the vehicle in for a forth inspection in which the owner Mike was extremely defensive, aggressive in nature, and condescending. The conversation became somewhat heated at which point I stated I would much rather have the wrap removed and receive a full refund, even if we were not compensated for all of our lost time dealing with the entire process. The owner stated during a shouting match that he would gladly remove the wrap, but he would not refund me my money, this is where things went really south, and I elected to leave the establishment and will seek full compensation through all legal avenues available. I highly recommend everyone avoid doing business with Mike, or his wrap business.

They have always bent over backwards to insure a great customer service experience. I have taken my car back to them for everything custom touch I can dream up and the have never disappointed!
