    I want to clarify a few points in response to the owner's reply…read more The issue was not "pickiness." Visible lines/stains appeared after the cleaning. When the couch fully dried and the marks became clear, I reached out the next morning and asked if he could come back to take a look so we could figure out a solution. Those text messages are included in the photos posted with this review. He declined my request to return and assess the issue. The emphasis on "3 months later" does not change the issue. Because the service was paid through Cash App, I had to explore a dispute through my bank. I was advised the dispute will take 60 days or longer, which it did, and that I should also continue attempting to resolve the matter directly with the business. I did exactly that, but the owner declined to come take a look or consider the partial refund I suggested. The response also continues to reference a small spot I treated beforehand, which is unrelated to the marks shown in the photos. It's also worth noting that the couch was never re-evaluated by the owner after it had fully dried, which is when the marks became visible and why I asked him to return and see the issue in person, but he declined. Throughout this process I have focused on the service itself. The responses instead focus on labeling the customer as "picky," a "bully," or suggesting the need to "be selective with customers," rather than addressing & helping the issue. Which is a concerning business interaction as most customers, like myself, found him through Yelp. At this point I'm not interested in continuing a back-and-forth here. If the owner would like to revisit the issue and work toward a resolution, I'm open to that. Otherwise, I'll let the photos, texts, and documented communication speak for themselves.

I used Yelp's request a quote and was instantly connected with the company. After some questions about the size and style of the rug, I was give a quote of $125, done! I dropped off the 10' x 8' rug for cleaning and three days later it was ready for pickup. The rug was back to life. Fluffy, light in color, and smelled clean! Sterling Carpet Cleaning offered great customer service along with fast cleaning services! I will be using them to clean my couch as they also offer upholstery cleaning services as well!

I received it and asked if they could come today. Owner was firm on price and I went ahead and booked. My review : I would not recommend or support this company given his behavior and poor phone etiquette. He squeezed me into the schedule and pressured his workers to rush so they could get to the next appointment. The owner then rudely called me, raising his voice and insisting his workers were waiting for me to move furniture even though it had already been moved. Instead of handling the situation professionally and moving on with the job, he continued to argue. I ultimately told them to just leave and I'd pay for the one room that was done (instead of the two I had booked) and that I'd pay for that. The owner instructed them not to charge me as they were leaving but I am still posting this review because no customer should be treated this way.
