This is the most personable experience you will have. They remember me by name, my friends by name, and remember when my friends come in, tell me to hug my dog for them, etc. They treat you with so much care, you feel like family. Every time I leave my eyebrows are perfectly shaped. I started going to them after I banned waxing from my life and I did a disastrous job plucking that the "fullness" of my eyebrows were gone. With the help of Hanan and Joseph's experienced threading, I no longer touch my brows and they have grown in completely. I will forever go to them and have brought many of my friends to them who have become repeat customers as well. :)

I live in Westchase and after looking online to find a new place I found Rubyz. I'm so glad I did since I wouldn't go anywhere else for threading! I've never had a bad experience and my eyebrows always look great after I get them threaded. The store is clean and everyone takes their time. I like that they have a waitlist and option to schedule appointments online. Since I live really close I don't really schedule appointments. I check online to see what the wait time is before leaving my house.

On my first visit I had my eyebrows cleaned up and had henna applied to darken the sparse areas. The henna lasted about five days for me. They also have an online system which allows you to schedule and appointment to minimize wait times. The vibe at the salon is quiet and clean.
