It was a little hard to find at first, since it is in an outdoor mall, but I just ventured around for a bit and found it. The place is very clean and the ladies were all very professional! Just left and whoever was working once I entered asked if I had an appointment. I said "No." Then she told me, "Wait outside. Not "Hi welcome but can you please wait outside. " I waited. Once she was finished with her other customer I came in I said, "I'd like full face please. She said nothing. Another customer walked in and she did the same thing to him. Told him to wait outside. No greeting. When he asked how long she said, "A very long time. " At this point I'm baffled! I asked her how her day was she said, "fine." That was it not and how are you? Lastly, did not offer me the mirror or all if there was anything else she could do which is basic customer service. Her work which was sub par. Left hair but at that point I was done. There wasn't even a thank you or thank you for coming, come back soon. Cold and rude not only to me but to other guests. I'm a general manager of a restaurant and this is terrible service. This place is great! I shop around to different threading places and I stopped since visiting this place 6 months ago. Super Brows has never disappointed me! The girls are nice and do a professional job. I don't ask for anyone in particular, just to see who does a better job, and I came to the conclusion that they all do. One of the most gentle threading jobs I've ever had. Normally my skin is very sensitive and I'm usually close to tears while getting my eyebrows done. But Martina was very gentle, I barely felt the thread! She did a great job cleaning me up and giving my eyebrows shape. i checked in and got a $1 off my service and a stamp card. After 7 stamps, your 8th eyebrow job is free so customer loyalty is rewarded! Tip: It can get pretty busy in the middle of the day so get there early. They do take the time to ensure that your eyebrows are on point, so be prepared to wait. read more

I had my eyebrows threaded for the first time ever with Vida and I'm obsessed! She did such an amazing job and it did not hurt at all. There was no redness after or breakouts like I normally experience with waxing. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a new brow spot! No kidding, I love this place! I've been coming to them for the past year, and they've always done such a marvelous job. In two instances, I made a mistake by trying a threading place in El Cajon and a salon that offered wax. Both places ruined my eyebrows by taking off way too much and shaping them to stupidity. I've had to come crawling back here, and even then, they can still fix my eyebrows to it's healthy state. i think after 10 threading jobs, you get one free. I pay $10 every month + tip. The girls are so nice, and they do such a great job. it's a shame that I haven't learned all their names by now, but one that i do remember well is Rosie. she is wonderful. =) The salon is very clean, as well. I am now making a promise to NEVER go to any other place ever again. Everytime i give someone else a chance, I get fudged. This is the only one that can do a wonderful job. read more
