I asked for the manager over all 4 hotels to call me. That never happened. I was given a non -NDA room even though I had reservations for months. The floor between the 2 Queen beds was wet and my clothing smelled like horrible mildew when I got home. My daughter fell in the 3rd floor NDA room as the floor level in the tub was very different than the actual floor. We were told "we won't pay for anything 3 days from now". I can call an ambulance for you now. I called this morning and told the male employee that answered the phone to have to have the owner call me before I reach out to the Regional Manager - I was told blackmail won't work and he hung up. This is just more than not having enough staff. This is a continual bad attitude and potential dangerous health issues. I just called to talk to a supervisor and was told that I could talk to Lynn. The inside was beautifully done. This is a great option for some slightly more upscale food in a semi-casual atmosphere. We sat at the bar for probably close to 10 minutes before receiving any service, we were dangerously close to leaving when the bartender "came back from break". He did apologize, and did a decent job waiting on us after that--albeit a little slow. There was another worker (Nicole?) clearly carrying the team, who was waiting on all of the bar area tables and perhaps others in the restaurant as well--she was delightful when she ran our food out for the bartender. I was excited to see their extensive beer selection. I opted for a boulevard wheat (one of my absolute favorites!). We ordered a couple of appetizers to hold us over until the wedding dinner we were about to attend. The flatbread of the week was a white sauce base with sausage, prosciutto, and bacon. When it first came out, it looked underwhelming, but it was amazing! The crust on the bottom was beautifully browned, and the combination of flavors was perfect. We also ordered the spinach artichoke dip, which was just average I'd say--very heavy on the cream cheese, not a ton of gooey cheese. All-in-all I would likely try it again.

This home is absolutely lovely. It is homey, yet still feels like you are at a real lodging location (if that makes any sense). The rooms are spacious, and each have a bathroom that was extremely clean. Our room had our own Keurig, which was a very nice touch. But going downstairs there was also a dining area stocked with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, break cereals, pastries, muffins, and more! I was so impressed with all they they offer to their guest. Although we didn't need any of this, they even had a little hutch by our room upstairs that had extra toiletries like deodorant, razors, toothpaste, etc. How sweet is that?! We will never stay at a hotel in Washington again! This was such a nice place, and we can't wait to come back in the future.

Saturday evening there was a band playing and a food truck there another couple had came over to our campsite and asked if we wanted to play cornhole we always bring it with us and instead of doing that we all ended up talking well after the band stopped they were breaking down and my husband turned our stereo on. The four of us are in our 60s, we aren't young kids that play music really super loud. There was no on either side of us. Nor behind us it was a big open field. The manager Loretta over to our site guns a blazing telling us that we to turn the music down that she was getting a bunch of complaints actually the band was still breaking down and the food truck just left and we were having a conversation so there's no way that the music was loud. My husband jokingly said well as soon as you leave, we'll just turn it back up lol even meeting this couple for the very first time they knew that he was joking as I did also. she told us that we should pack up and leave right then and there, knowing that we were drinking alcoholic beverages all day. Who does that kind of stuff nobody I know. I would never allow anybody to leave my home after drinking all day. She tried to come and talk to me the next day, but she has a hair up her ass for my husband. She always seems to have something to bitch about and we spend a lot of money there. we will never go back there. Also, the place is a mess. There was an inch and a half of water in the bathrooms by the pool. The pool was so scummy and disgusting. And if she thinks we were making loud noise, try going to playground at 11:30 at night when there's a bunch of kids running around and screaming and playing until their parents decide to go and tell to come in. 1130 at night kids at a playground. Yet she has to yell at 60 year old people for having a radio on please. Loretta is disrespectful talks bad about her other employees which she can't keep anybody there they quit and they talk bad about her too. We will never go there again, and I would never advise my worst enemy to go there. We were also told by an employee that 90 percent of the people that are there live there! And you can tell... rusted out campers, clothes hanging outside, toys in their yards. what a dump!
