The hotel cannot put all charges on one transaction so we had three separate credit card charges. The young lady at the counter was frustrated because she is asked why the hotel cannot have all transactions on one bill by everyone checking in. You will not be sleeping in. Unpleasant breakfast lady. We arrived for breakfast at 8.30am and many of the cooked items were gone, mentioned missing items to her. Her response should have been "I'll get some more, wait a few minutes". Her actual response "you should have got here earlier" !

The next morning the breakfast bar is actual really nice. Hot food sounds as two types of scrambled eggs. Biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles!! Cereal and more. Was wondering why the potatoes were so good, the girl actually makes them they are not from a bag or premade. Great to know Shower was nice and hot and plenty of water pressure. Didn't care too much for the shampoo and conditioner but that does not take away from the place. Except for the loud banging for a while last night everything is great.

Luckily, I noticed the nasty pillows and we brought ours for our road trip. The bathroom was absolutely filthy. Pee and hair all around the toilet and in the shower. Face make up all over the pillows and God knows whatever else the stains are from. So we file a complaint and got the run around just to have no more communication or resolution. We filed a complaint on-site at the office to be told we have to deal with the manager whom never reached out. Then filed a complaint with the 800#. Was told someone would reach out, and no one did. Please, do not stay here and give them your money. They don't care about hospitality or cleanliness. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the entire hotel has a fresh, modern vibe. The open, high-ceiling dining area has a stone fireplace, comfortable seating, and ample options for beverages and breakfast foods. There is also a small market area next to the lobby, for little extras. The rooms offer many of the minor items that are often lacking in newer hotels -- huge counter space with an upper shelf ledge, pump soap at the sink instead of bar soap, a hand-towel rack, a bath fan...just little things that add up to comfort and convenience. I did go ask for an extra bath towel, as one per person isn't quite enough, but that request was met with friendly instant fulfillment. Management also makes it a point to say hello to guests and ask how they're enjoying in-progress stays. Excellent hotel at a great price!

I chose this hotel since it's a business trip and it's in the middle of Farmington so there is plenty of options of food and business nearby. Parking is free and there was plenty of it. There is also a Starbucks in walking distance which was convenient. Check in was easy! But there was numerous times I walked by the front desk and no one was there. I saw a few people struggle to get checked in. The lobby does offer water but it was only lemon water that was offered to refill my water bottle which isn't my fave. There is a mini store by the front desk if you want to purchase candy, snacks, and bottled sodas and water. Room was clean but dated. The walls are thin so there was a night where there was yelling and chaos in the hallway and room next to mine and I couldn't sleep. The elevators are very slow. Breakfast is just okay. I didn't use the pool, but I did see it was packed often with kids when I walked by it. I did use the gym which was great since it had a few treadmills, ellipticals, mat and weights.

Location is primarily why I chose to stay there and you really cant beat the location. It's convenient to just about everything. I was rather amused when checking in and the person behind the counter asked if I was SURE that I wanted to stay more than one night. I got the distinct impression that many people had stayed one night and left after having a bad experience. LOL I was confused about the status of the pool. Apparently it's NOT open during the day due to renovations but was available at night? Wasnt sure what that meant. The person who helped me check in was friendly but the person who checked me out behaved as if she were having a life crisis and was depressed, angry or both. The other staff I encountered there were also very friendly. The breakfast is basic as you'd expect but slightly less to choose from than what you usually get.
