I saw a few people struggle to get checked in. The lobby does offer water but it was only lemon water that was offered to refill my water bottle which isn't my fave. There is a mini store by the front desk if you want to purchase candy, snacks, and bottled sodas and water. Room was clean but dated. The walls are thin so there was a night where there was yelling and chaos in the hallway and room next to mine and I couldn't sleep. The elevators are very slow. Breakfast is just okay. I didn't use the pool, but I did see it was packed often with kids when I walked by it. I did use the gym which was great since it had a few treadmills, ellipticals, mat and weights.

Luckily, I noticed the nasty pillows and we brought ours for our road trip. The bathroom was absolutely filthy. Pee and hair all around the toilet and in the shower. Face make up all over the pillows and God knows whatever else the stains are from. So we file a complaint and got the run around just to have no more communication or resolution. We filed a complaint on-site at the office to be told we have to deal with the manager whom never reached out. Then filed a complaint with the 800#. Was told someone would reach out, and no one did. Please, do not stay here and give them your money. They don't care about hospitality or cleanliness. Terrible experience over all and to ice the cake it was Thanksgiving and we were visiting family. ‍

Yes is this location slightly older and could use some paint touch ups here and there yes but when traveling for business you're basically using the space to sleep and go. They have a dog park and car charging station. Would I stay here again yes.
