Super fast service, clean restaurant, and we were super intrigued by their business model - they have premade sushi rolls and you can pay per piece rather than per roll if you want to! They opened one in Post Falls closer to where we live, so we look forward to trying them out for the sushi side of things. The appetizers we shared were made fresh to order for the hot food, and the seaweed salad was delightful. Great spot and look forward to trying more things! Came here for a bite after bloomsday and was super impressed. We got two small poke bowls. Servings were generous, price was very reasonable, and ingredients were delicious. Sushi - 2.8 Ramen - 4.1 Service - 4.0 friendly & appreciative This establishment hit my radar since the fam was hungry and it was walking distance from The Louie, Davenport Hotel. When we arrived on a Saturday night, it felt like there was no business at all (sad feeling). But we were greeted by smiling faces that explained how their sushi and pokè was ordered (by the pound). It was a breezy evening so we all order Ramen: beef bone, spicy tonkatsu and regular tonkatsu but my daughter did grab some sushi to try as well as some edamame. The concept of pre-made sushi especially hot/cooked version worried me since you can't tell how long any piece has been sitting under the warming lamps. So I'll stick to traditional style made to order sushi rolls or sashimi. As for the taste of the sushi, my daughter was not impressed. But the ramen did come out quicker than anticipated. The Beef Bone broth has a rich flavor and not too salty or oily either. The beef bone was cooked perfectly (the way I like it) when it still allowed you to eat the meat from the bone and not just falling off. The tonkatsu broth was salty, but maybe because I just had a bowl of beef bone broth, so will need to retry the Tonkatsu on the next visit. The servers kept checking on is throughout our time there. Ordered delivery from here. Hot soup on a chilly day hits the spot. The care behind how the to-go food is packaged is just absolutely wonderful. I had the beef rib ramen ($22.50) and a lychee green tea ($6.50). The noodles and broth are carefully separated, and they even remove the beef rib meat off the bone for reduced messiness, and everything comes packaged in a luxurious black and gold bag. The ramen was delicious - flavorful and rich, with a wonderful tender beef rib meat. Noodles were fresh and chewy. I definitely want to go in person next time. read more

Supa - New Favorite Spot! This was my first time at Supa, and I'm obsessed. The concept alone is amazing -- sushi and poke by the pound -- Everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. I love being able to pick exactly what I want and try a little bit of everything. I also had their authentic ramen, rich broth...that tasted like it came straight from Japan. Total comfort in a bowl. Our go to sushi in Post Falls! Very reasonably priced and you pay by the pound! So fresh! We love how we get to pick our individual sushi pieces so you get to try a variety. We've been enough times now to know which ones we like more than others. They always have a different variety with their regular rolls which is nice. I have found about 6-8 pieces per pound and they are big, so now I just get six because I get full. To the left of the cashier you can get the sauces that they put over the sushi and squeeze it into small to go cups with lids. Chop sticks are also located there. Also, when I pay with my card they do not ask for tip! Makes me want to tip cash next time. You must try this place! read more

The food itself was very good. The sushi was very big and well worth the price. Though I do admit mine was not as fresh and the fish had a almost stale blood flavor with a hint of brine. Nonetheless I prevailed and walked away eating .9 pounds of sushi. The tonkatsu ramen broth was hearty and rich. A nice solid pork flavor nearly identical to a pozole broth. The chasu (meat) in the ramen was soft. The noodles were bouncy and had a very nice chew. The Teriyaki chicken was ginger forward and had a beautiful texture. There was some sort of pickled root that reminded me of pickled radish, very crunchy on the outside and a bit more chewy on the inside that cut the fattiness of the broth. The drinks were a bit too sweet for me, but they were very creamy. For reference we order passion fruit milk tea with popping boba, brown sugar milk tea with extra cheese foam, brown sugar with no foam, and a thai tea with cheese foam. We also received a free drink which was great. Moving onto service, it was fast and efficient. We ordered quickly and I had ordered a little bit later than my party and still got my food delivered within five minutes of ordering. The ambience was nothing special, but still very nice. Warm toned lights and common Asian styled decor. The smell of the restaurant was very lovely and everything for self serve sushi was there. read more

I was picking up and order for door dash right before they were closing and the manager offered me to try their sushi and take as much as I wanted so I grabbed one roll from each option . They were pretty good especially for it being the end of the day and I thought that was so nice of them , I love me some sushi definitely will have to go back ! Ok this place is awesome!! You get to try all these different varieties of sushi without buying a whole role of any of them. If you're someone who likes to try all the different varieties, this is a spot you will love. I personally like their raw sushi more than the deep fried ones. Very fairly priced and has all the goodies you need like soy sauce, wasabi, lots of sauce varieties, ginger in little packets. Our first time here yesterday and we were super pleased. We picked out sushi which were nice big pieces. I appreciate the ability to choose different kinds as I often have a difficult time just picking one roll. My husband had 4 and I had 4 and we also ordered spring rolls and the total was $23 and we were stuffed! Spring rolls came out nice and hot. I like that there are sauces on the side you can add. I think the only "complaint" is my husband had a difficult time eating the pieces because of the size but I did not have the same issue. I work near Supa! and have been stopping in once a week for lunch since December 2025. The service is wonderful, all of the employees I've met are kind and hardworking. I've ordered many things from their menu- the sushi by the pound, poke bowls, ramen, and teriyaki chicken bowl. All have large portions and are reasonably priced. I like the poke bowls and golden shrimp ramen the best! The restaurant itself is small and casual. it can get busy when there's events going on downtown but I've never had to wait longer than 15 min for my meal. Highly recommend! read more
