1. My flight is delayed 2 hours. (No biggie, it's winter flights are always delayed)…read more 2. My flight leaves with 1.5 hours of delay. (Just enough time to miss lunch as I ordered it then was called to go through security) 3. I wait for 20 minutes at the baggage carousel at the FSJ airport. 4. I walk across the terminal to the CMA desk to be told that my bag was bumped from the plane due to passenger/baggage balance. I was given no notification of this decision. I am now without clothes or hygiene supplies. 5. My info is written on a sticky note and I'm told I will receive a call the next morning. 6. I do not receive a call the next morning so at 3pm I call the FSJ airport who informs me that CMA does not accept calls. I then call CMA in smithers where I am transferred to customer care. Customer care then attempts to call FSJ CMA (no phoneline?!?!). I am told the line is busy and that I will be called if they get through. 7. 4pm I get a call that my bag has arrived but their delivery van is broken so I will have to drive to the airport to get my bag. 8. With 1.5 hours notice, I must find a ride to the airport in terrible conditions to pick up my bag. 9. I am told "I hope you have a better day" by the CMA associate when I explain to her the inconvenience I've been through.

Jobo met us at our hotel at 8 o'clock sharp and from there we spent the entire day seeing the wonders of the nearby mountains. We saw more in one day than I could have managed in three days, all without being rushed at all. It pays to have someone who is intimately familiar with the area as your guide. Although the information on the signage was more than sufficient, Jobo provided additional color regarding each of the stops. Jobo was very friendly, courteous, and it was an absolute pleasure to be in his company. The vehicle was very clean, stocked with ample water, and very well-maintained. I highly recommend ABest Transport and Tour Services Inc, and their "rider driven" philosophy, which Jobo exemplified. The next time that we are on holiday in Calgary, we know who we will contact for a tour.
