FROM BAD TO WORSE!!! UPDATE 10/25/23 - IT GOT EVEN WORSE! The owner Hunter is a clown that will ignore you and blame everything and everybody else besides his own company!!!! His company shut off our solar systems and never turned it back on. After installing a monitor that was required from the date of purchase. Mind you you've had these solar panels for over a year and did not have this monitor installed the whole time. We got stuck with a $755 Duke energy bill and all Hunter can say is that "this was a blessing in disguise" and tried to make light of our situation. It was extremely hard to get him to answer the phone. It seems like he only likes communicating via text message, which is super immature. Avoid this company at all costs! There's other companies that are a lot less expensive that may not offer the same warranty but at least you don't have to deal with Hunter and his sales men dragging issues out for months at a time and costing you a ton of money in the process. ......... I deleted my original review after the owner Hunter called to try and come to a resolution. We have had solar panels for over one year. We were originally quoted by our salesman bumoo a Duke energy bill of $80-$100 after the installation of our solar panels. Our bill has never been less than $200 a month! We reached our highest Duke bill of over $350 in the middle of summer this year! And that's on top of the solar panel loan of $370 a month!!!!!! We tried to work with our salesman further to come up with a resolution. He stopped by our home and looked through all of our Duke energy bills that I had saved to see what we were producing. Based off of the Duke energy bill we were over producing and should have been receiving credits towards the next month. In his words, we were supposed to be receiving rollover credits for the amount of energy or paid back by Sunvena for our Duke energy bills as per their guarantee. He said that he had to confirm things with his manager, whose name I'm still unsure of. We heard from Bumoo a few days later via text message and receive screenshots of him, and some guy named Dragon, who Duke energy lies and mentioned that we needed to compare apples to apples. So unfortunately, we got left with that as our resolution. I don't feel like Duke energy was lying so I made a huge review on Google listing my concerns and that's when Hunter reached out. His resolution was for us to get a monitor, put on our solar panel system to see what was going on with the energy that we were collecting. I found out through my own research that these monitors are mandatory with every solar panel installation. Why it took us over a year to get that installed is beyond me. The technician that installed the monitor given to us for free by hunter, shut off our solar panels on August 14 when he installed the new monitor, and never turned our panels back on! Today the new enphase technician came out to see why the monitor wasn't receiving any data, and he saw that our solar panels were off this whole time!!! I will not be deleting any more reviews until we have a solid resolution. We are a small business that serves our community at several farmers markets all through the central Florida area. This was meant to help our business save money and be more sustainable. Now we are pinching pennies to try and pay both our electricity bill and this enormous $100,000 solar panel loan. I will update this post as problems are either resolved or not resolved. At this point myself, and my husband will not be holding our breath.

Don't use them. They are the absolute worst company that I have ever worked with. We've lost several days of wages because they can't get their stuff together and get their stories straight. Use someone else because this company requires way to much energy to deal with.

Had a great experience with SunVena. They did everything they promised. was a quick and easy process to deal with. I have already recommended two of my neighbors

This is part of the documentation they left me before sign the contract

Solar was a goal of ours for years. I saw the system that my cousin had installed and was impressed by what it did for them. I thought to look into it myself and began researching, SunVena was recommended to us by my cousin. They made it super easy for us to understand what we were getting and what it would do for us. They were very patient and answered both me and my wife's questions. We were happy with the choice to go solar and it has since saved our family tons of cash. Would recommend completely

    Two thumbs up

Exceptional service, flawless install, and a truly top-tier solar system…read more Radiant Energy Solar absolutely exceeded my expectations. The owner/rep and the entire team delivered outstanding customer service and a flawless installation from start to finish. They responded to every call and question promptly, which made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Radiant Energy Solar installs multiple solar brands and system configurations, and after doing over a year of deep research, I personally chose them and the EG4 system--I couldn't be happier with that decision. While I'm clearly biased toward EG4 at this point, it's because the performance, expandability, and overall value are hard to beat. It was EG4 that actually recommended Radiant Energy Solar as a top tier and trusted installer, in the state of Florida, which made me feel a lot more comfortable considering the amount of money that exchange hands. The system they installed is a true five-star setup--it looks as good as it functions. The workmanship is extremely clean, everything is perfectly aligned, and when the job was finished, the area was completely cleaned up. You honestly wouldn't know a major install had just taken place. The EG4 system itself is state-of-the-art, delivering incredible power and flexibility at roughly one-third the cost of many competing systems. The amount of energy I'm generating is simply awesome--and if I ever decide to go fully off-grid, it's essentially just the flick of a switch. I would absolutely recommend Radiant Energy Solar to friends and family--and in fact, two of my friends have already installed the same system, and all of us are over the moon with the results. Big applause to the Radiant Energy Solar team and to EG4 for putting together what is very likely one of the best solar solutions on the market today. Highly recommended.

I recently had a solar system installed by Radiant Energy and Solar, and I couldn't be happier with…read morethe entire experience from start to finish. From the initial consultation, Sam and the team at Radiant Energy were transparent and informative. They took the time to explain the system options, answer all my questions, and provide a detailed cost breakdown. The pricing was competitive and fair, with no hidden fees or surprises along the way. Communication throughout the project was outstanding. Sam kept me updated at every stage--from permitting to installation to final inspection. I always knew what to expect next and never felt left in the dark. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of my property. They completed the work on schedule and left everything clean and tidy. Now that my system is up and running, I'm already seeing the cost savings on my electricity bills. It's incredibly satisfying to watch my energy meter and know I'm generating my own clean power while reducing my monthly expenses. I highly recommend Radiant Energy and Solar to anyone considering going solar. The combination of fair pricing, excellent communication, and real results makes them a top choice.

Have had nothing but issues since hiring Solcium to install solar at my home. Mistake after mistake…read morestarting with underquoting my home and over promising on work, production, and policy. So many issues I had Gustavo Panosso the CEO take my project on personally after previously dealing with several other staff including the extremely hostile Barbara Gritter. Nobody takes issues seriously or responds in a reasonable time. They will claim they are monitoring production just to buy time but when things go wrong and you are paying more on your electric bill than you did before the install they mysteriously are unavailable and don't answer calls, texts, or emails. Michelle Solano is no different. I am still having issues with production not matching what I was promised and was told they aren't going to do anything to fix it and that Gustavo is indefinitely unavailable. I advise everyone to steer clear of these scam artists. To this day, if you call customer support their phone system will hang up on you and you can only reach someone occasionally if you choose to speak to sales. A HUGE red flag that all they care about is money, not their customers. I'm still getting $200 electric bills on top of having to pay $120/month for these panels that don't generate. If you make the mistake of signing with them, cancel immediately! They only give you roughly a 48 hour period for a refund and then have to fight the financing company to close the account and get it off your credit report.

30 Year warranty LIES…read more Ryan Floyd sold me on the system I purchased with the 30 year warranty. I said that I was concerned about the 30 year warranty as it is known for these type of companies to go out of business making the warranty useless. Ryan promised me that the 30 year warranty is also covered by an outside insurance company so even if Solcium goes out of business then this so called insurance company would still cover the promises. I had to keep bugging Alexandria to get the team back and finish up the install. The team left without inspecting the work. The system did not work 100% and took three months for them to come and finally resolve it. The problem was wiring connections so a simple job checkout before leaving could have resolved this day 1. The system is now working good so far but even if it does not they wont call me as I had to notify them that it was not working properly the first time. I still do not have my insurance for the 30 year warranty..... which I paid for. I had a phone call a few weeks ago explaining to me that they made a mistake and cannot fulfill the insurance to guarantee I will still be covered if Solcium goes out of business between now and then. I paid all the monies upfront...... HUGE MISTAKE!!! November 6th had a partial install November 7th a different crew finished November 20th system 11/28/23 - I emailed all my issues including 9 panels not working After many phone calls and emails...... 1/15/24 they finally wired the panels properly Giving updated on receiving my final packet is non-existent. I received a phone call a few weeks back about getting a check sent to me in a few days from that call because they could not hold their end of the promise...... I received nothing
