They took care of steps needed with FPL, except the authorization which was required of me. Now I know why our co-op chose this company two years in a row. We were very pleased no longer paying for electric as it will save us thousands each year. Be aware you will need to rinse the panels after a heavy pollen season and clean the panels annually or hire them to do so. That was our only surprise with our solar installation. Also important to note that even though it was a little difficult to get ahold of them initially, it was never difficult afterwards. They really make their clients a priority.
