When you have a one (soon to be two) year old, sleep instantly becomes top priority, so waiting until morning was not an option if we wanted to be comfortable in our own home. I called around to several companies, including our usual go-to, but no one could make it out that night. Thats when I came across Sunshine Cooling Solutions, and I am glad I did. I asked for a call back because our AC was acting up and I wanted to know my options. Bob called…read morewithin a 1/2 hour and I explained that our unit would work for a while (sometimes as long as overnight) and then shut down. Several hours later it could be restarted and would again run for several hours. Bob had me check the condensate safety float and as soon as I removed it the unit started up. Bob then walked me through how to clean out the drainage line. It was very clogged and after I cleaned it out as he instructed the unit has been fine ever since. I really appreciate that Bob took the time out of his busy day to help me with my problem with no expectation of payment. In my book, that is providing great value. In spite of his busy schedule, he squeezed ours the very next day which is Saturday. Had he not checked that there's still few days left in the evaporator warranty, it could have cost us more or even resort to replacing the whole system. He managed to get us a new evaporator for free from the manufacturer (Goodman), re-routed the new copper lines through the attic instead of going underground which is much better when it comes to troubleshooting any potential leak issue. Charged up with new compatible refrigerant. John is very thorough and knowledgeable as well. He clearly explained any questions I had. Not to mention that he is very responsive too, that makes him very reliable. Overall, we're very satisfied with his work. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND AIR PRO SERVICES.

On the evening of November 21st, we noticed our 12-year-old air handler had frozen over and our condenser was making a strange noise. We called GC and they were at the house the next day. Cali has been our regular tech over the years, and he showed up on time. He diagnosed the issue and provided us with a few options. We opted for the full replacement since the unit was old enough to warrant it. He explained the pricing and payment options well and without any type of pressure. Oscar and Jackson showed up on the 26th and preceded to rip the old out and brought the new in. They both were exceptionally courteous and kind. About six hours later, the entire area was cleaned and any questions were answered. Cali called about a half hour after they left to check on the install. He asked to call back once the ducting was cleaned and disinfected just to ensure that it went smoothly. Y'all, Global Cooling has been a friend to us for years. Their prices are very reasonable as well. Definitely consider them for all your HVAC needs!!
