The tiny hot water tank will not even feel the normal bathtub for a bath much less the garden tub being useless. Maybe it'll be nice as a pond one day for someone. I'd steer clear of these commission hungry people. The park I live in now has several of their signs in the windows for months and months with no activity. I'd use someone else because we all know hindsight is 20/20.
