This place is horrible. We called before hand to see what they charge for diagnostics prior to picking mower up. What they told us and what they charged were very different. They finally went down on cost after I refused to pay the exorbitant amount and went to another sunshine dealer. They were more friendly... And found my problem in literally 1 minute as I stood there watching. I ended up paying for 1 hr of service after I refused to pay at the other place. Not to mention the one in Carencro just left me there to load my commercial mower, didn't offer to help at all. It felt like they knew they were screwing me and were embarrassed when I called them out on their robbery scheme.
