So far so good. After noticing a bad termite infestation in my daughter's room after 5pm in the afternoon, I contacted J&J Exterminating through email. The office called me the next morning promptly at 8am to send a technician out. The technician, Russell Meissner, that came out was very thorough and answered all my questions and concerns. I was actually scheduled for a 3-5pm appointment, and he ended up coming our way ahead of that time. He took his time looking at everything, he even found spots that I was unaware of, and explaining how their termite baiting system works and what they could do to protect my house. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and decided that my home was worth their top notch protection system. 2 service managers came out the same day to place their bait traps on my walls. And the technician is coming out tomorrow to put the system around the perimeter of my house. We were dealing with an exterminating company who left us and another who refused to help due to the fact that our house has foam insulation and signs of a termite colony in a particular wall. We called J&J and they were so helpful and responsive. They came without hesitation and treated our house, shop and barn. We noticed termites in the closet and Allen Guidry showed up to the house on Saturday then again on Sunday to assist us. He was very knowledgeable and responsive guiding us through the process.
