At all times the crews were respectful and polite. Bottom line this company has been around for 38 years. They know what they are doing. Hire them if you want the best team for the job.

The heavy equipment used to dig and prep for the pool broke the cement sidewalk and curb by the driveway. We've asked several times when he's going to fix it - nothing. The tile around the pool is very nice but it settles of course, he sent a guy out once to fix a few. The bigger problem is the drainage and the significant puddle that forms just outside the slider when it rains. The drainage line does nothing and the pitch/slant towards the house is too much. We've asked several times, nothing. He's very bad with communication and frankly I'm sick of it. BBB is So let's update since the last review. Didn't fix/replace all the damaged concrete but did cut it by the driveway and fill with dirt he took from digging by drain. Still not happy with how he handles responding and the tile? I'm getting tired of the battle. Tiles will need attention and I'm just sick of his poor customer service after the fact. Doesn't make for good recommendations. This was a very expensive pool for us so yea, I expect near perfection! Liquid Art Pools was our second choice and if I could do it over I would go with Omar not Larry!

All of the crews that worked for us were polite, friendly and very patient of our many questions. The "Pool School" at the end of the process was a nice touch. I have a much better understanding of all the new equipment. Finn's was not the cheapest estimate-they were all pretty close- but it was $14,200 well spent. We will definitely call them again. I initially had Michael come out to replace my heater in my outdoor spa (acrylic) . He was…read moreresponsive and professional and told me exactly what the issue was and what he needed to do. He gave me options for 2 pool heaters - one less $$ with some limitations. I opted for the higher one based on his recommendation for longevity which would eventually be cost effective. Then I asked him if he would do additional work - I needed a washer/dryer moved within my garage and vented to the outside as it had vented (unsafely) to the garage. This led to his seeing the water heater which, although working, was dangerously with a potential fire hazard. He replaced the water heater which worked when he tested it but didn't work when I tried to turn on hot water. I called him and he came over the next day and realized that it was related to a faulty circuit that needed correcting. In the end, he and his team did a phenomenal job. They were reliable, clean, respectful, and did what was needed. They all cleaned up the garage and removed unnecessary materials, and moved everything back to make it as orderly as possible. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him for your pool AND other things that may need to be looked at. Thank you Michael!
