Today morning I wanted to get an appointment for my daughter in Ontario branch but there was no slot on Friday afternoon.The horrible maneger (INEZ) the way she was talking....like once again mom I've explained to you...the way she was speaking it was really rude may be she is new here but as a patient mom I visit Dr.Anand from 2012 please try to keep your personal life frustration and your attitude at your home management should look after these matter end of the day they will take their paycheck but we will loose good doctor or provider only because of those bullshit maneger thank you hope everybody should see the review and her name is (INEZ) read more

Found an office near us and happy with the services so far. We've been coming here for a year now. Doctor and PAs are always nice and patient with my toddler. Sometimes there is a wait just like any other doctor's office and I do follow-up with prescriptions and other documents as I don't always hear back right away. Overall, staff have always been patient, kind, and good with my child. read more

Been coming here with my 4yr old son Dr sushil has been great but after a year or 2 they have a changed staff really lazy people can't even get up the chair very unprofessional don't care if your a long time pantient and not to mention the white lady Doctor worthless I think Dr Sushil need to change staff or train to be more professional and appearance definitely needs to change I walked in with my son 2:00 pm waited 15 min to get helped and just for them to tell me they can't see us because we didn't have appt and they were booked when the office was completely empty my son has been sick for a week now and had taken him to hospital and was just doing a follow up with primary Dr he still had lots of fever and didn't bother to look at him when the white female dr was just sitting in her office despite I had driven since Victorville ca because that has been my son primary Dr since he was born, thanks to this definitely not coming back ever again just keeps getting worse read more

I don't understand how you can be a doctor for children but you are never available to see them when there sick you are told to take your sick kids to urgent care because they are so overbooked they can't squeeze a sick child in. If you do make an appointment be prepared to wait months in advance. Unfortunately it's not what it use to be here . I'm changing doctors asap and I would strongly recommend staying away from this place because they can't help kids when there sick it makes me put a star but they don't deserve even that. read more

My special needs daughter has been a patient at Sunshine Pediatrics for four years. I have never had a good experience. every time we have had an appointment, they have treated us like new patients and made us full out the same forms and lengthy questionnaires. as if they don't keep any records. Recently my insurance changed and removed Sunshine Pediatrics as her provider. I decided not to change back due to her services. I am now working on getting my daughter in an IEP for school and they gave me a paper for the nurse or doctor to fill out regarding her last appointment. They will not do that for me. This is information they have already and is my daughters medical history. I should have access to that. It is ridiculous that I have to jump through hoops when they could just give me information they already have. but it's obvious to me they don't really care about their patients and won't even sign a paper unless they get paid. read more

I've been coming to Sunshine Ped's Ontario for a while I like to see that the Dr actually cares for your kids health. The front girls are super friendly Andrea Stephanie and Liz (I think that's her name). When you need an appointment they always try their best to get you in the same day or as soon as they can. read more

I had to change providers for my daughter and when I called to make appt at this office the administrative assistant asked me "what's wrong with your kid?" IN THOSE EXACT WORDS! Never in my life have I ever heard a MA speak so inappropriately. So right away I called my insurance to have my daughter switch PCPS ASAP because if this is how I am going to be spoken to imagine the care I will receive for my daughter! If you are looking to have a great medical care of your children, look no further than this practice. Dr. Anand is FAAP, a designation that reflects his focus on the children. Being able to include FAAP after one's name lends a good deal of legitimacy. It is important to know that someone with FAAP designation is usually better than a general pediatrician. They have 2 offices conveniently located in Inland Empire region in Ontario and in Upland. Both the offices are relatively close to 10 freeway for easier access! read more

Customer service is the worse, front lady is rude. Came in at 10 am, was told to take a seat and wait. I never got called to the front desk. It took them an hour to give me back my paper work. I had came in on Friday to notify them that I needed my paper work for my job and they told me to come today, which is Monday. They have nothing ready. I came to get my tb test and the nurse didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. I asked her if it was her first time doing this and she laughed, said no and proceeded. They are not professional and talk and laugh about patients in front of them. read more

Dr Jain and Dr anand been seeing my kids since they were new borns I would recommend taking your kids to the upland location everyone is great specially the nurse that always takes us back Veronica she's always so great she's so caring and friendly I love going to the office I can always get a same day appointment that's what I love about this office and open Saturdays is a plus!!! read more

I wish I could write two reviews but since I can only write one it'll be a little longer! First things first, I started coming here, to the Ontario office, since my daughter was born, when it was run by the lovely Dr.Mensah and have never left or thought about it! It's a clean, comfortable and happy environment. We are always greeted with such friendly staff that not only care about your children, but they make you feel like family and at home. Cynthia has been the nurse to my daughter since she was born and she is the reason I keep coming back to this practice. She is the kindest and friendliest nurse I have ever met. She genuinely cares about kids and making them feel comfortable and happy. My daughter enjoys her talking to her and she is comfortable with her asking her questions about her health. She has such a friendly demeanor and I always enjoy talking to her as well. I'm so glad she works there and that we get to deal with her. Andrea, the other nurse is wonderful as well. Always cheery and easy to talk to, always efficient with making appointments and calling me when needed. My daughter enjoys getting stickers and lollipops from her, she's always so sweet to my daughter and I. She always makes you feel comfortable as well. Between these two nurses and the female dr that I have had the pleasure of dealing with the past couple of times, I will keep coming back, because my daughter and I love them and the way they make us feel. My first visit and experience with Sunshine Pediatrics with my 3 year old son.. was worth writing a review. I was referred by Cynthia Martinez and from the moment I walked in the back office she set the tone for my experience. My son has some ongoing health issues and I have bounced around from pediatric center too pediatric center so I know what a caring office is. All of the staff here was beyond kind and worked with an urgency which was the first thing I noticed. Once we were called back Cynthia was beyond caring and attentive to my son which was what set this office apart from the rest. She made me as a mother feel calm and assured me that my son will get the care he needs. (Which I'm sure any mother with a sick child can understand what we go through) I will be keeping my sons care ongoing here and I am happy to finally have a DR & staff that actually care for the line of work they provide. Have been bringing my 2 children here for years. Feels like family! The staff is friendly and very helpful. Its a small space but cozy.

The staff ladys (in special Andrea and Maria) very professional and nice. All the time is very comprehensive with my kids. Always have a time for my kids. I am a foster parent, if you want a pediatric and friendly staff just call, ask for Maria or Andrea. Highly recommended doctor office. read more
