I have two kids that have been coming here since birth my oldest is going to be 8yo soon. Over all I've been very happy with our experiences here but over the last two years I've noticed a severe decline. I've seen them not wipe rooms and it's almost always impossible to get ahold of them to get seen. Today for example they open at 8am it is currently 9:50am and I have called 13 times since 8am trying to get through. It rings and says all their people are on the line assisting others please try again in a few minutes. I will be trying to find a new office because this is unacceptable. read more

The Dr. Saad and Dr. Dagher have always provided the best care for my children. They always take time to answer my questions. The staff are extremely nice and friendly. When I call I do not have to wait a long time for an appointment especially if my child is sick. Quality of care is very important and they provide great medical care. read more

I am a grandmother of a five-month old and I usually accompany my daughter and grandson to his appointments. Dr. Saad is thorough, considerate, and listens to concerns my daughter has. I'm impressed that the care given by him to my grandson is what he needs, and is sensitive to any problems he has. I do think the complex needs a facelift, but the office is clean and cheerful. Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience with this pediatric office. The wait times are consistently long, and scheduling follow-ups is inconvenient--you have to call in later because appointments aren't offered or arranged as you exit. At our first visit, Dr. Dagher did not introduce herself. I had expected to meet with Dr. Saad and had to look up who we saw afterward. She was mostly polite, but I was uncomfortable with how rushed and impersonal the visit felt. The biggest concern, and the reason I won't be returning, happened during our second visit. My son is intact (uncircumcised), and I explicitly told the doctor not to retract his foreskin. Despite this, she removed his diaper without asking and retracted him anyway, claiming that wasn't what she was doing--but then proceeded to do it. This goes against current medical guidelines. Both the American Academy of Pediatrics and resources like Your Whole Baby emphasize that no forced retraction should ever be performed. It was upsetting to witness a lack of consent and disregard for both parental instruction and current medical standards. Please protect your babies and educate yourself on proper intact care. I sincerely hope the doctor reads this and chooses to do better read more

The office is very cute for kids . The quality of care is good . I don't appreciate being criticized and talked down to by dr Saad for not vaccinating my baby . The first visit he wanted to give 6shots. I politely said no . He went in on he was rude and over stepping his place me then told me it's how he's graded by how much vaccines he's gives . Which is not ok he was saying I should do it blah blah . He wouldn't let it go . I'll be finding a new pedi who will respect me . My son won't be a number to him . This office seemed great at first.. the Doctor is nice; he seems like he's in a hurry so I wasn't able to ask many questions. It's the front desk that is totally unprofessional and rude. Our first visit was quick but I was not given an appointment for 6 months- I have a newborn so it didn't make sense at all. Had to call back another time to schedule my well baby check for my son (not my job,) and to also get a referral. The receptionist, Briana, said they don't give referrals for specialists.. which is completely absurd. She wouldn't even try to assist me with our issue. I filed a grievance because of how unprofessional she was. Then I get a call today that I have an appointment on a separate day than my scheduled appointment. They're confused.. they're unorganized, and they need better staff there. Long story short- the girl who I spoke to today was extremely petty and unprofessional about the "appointment" we had, and said their office can no longer see us because of the grievance. HELLO, that was the reason I complained- I was not going to return to that office with the service I received, and I can't believe how I was being talked to. First time ever we stop by to make an appointment and it was towards the end of the work day and after chatting with the nurse at the front desk about setting up an appointment it was little to far away but Dr. Saad make it possible the same minute we just had to wait for few minutes and the he took good care of my wife on the spot. Came to visit Dr Saad by referral of our normal Pediatritian because she was out of town and we were so pleased with our visit. Dr. Saab's office is very kid friendly and staffed with really great people which is a must in my book if you're working with children. Dr. Saad not knowing our previous health history took the time to ask questions to get to know us as best as she could so she could help treat my son. She was very kind and made us feel very comfortable which helps when as a parent you are already stressed out about your little one being sick. I would definitely recommend Dr. Saad to others or come see her again if our pediatrician is out of town. If we lived closer I would of considered changing Pediatritian but it's good to know a good network of doctors. read more

I like Dr. Antoune and wanted to like this location because it's so close to my house. Unfortunately, parking is always hard to come by. I've also had issues with the girls up front not transferring vaccine records in a timely manner. It took waiting a few days and another doctor calling multiple times before they were sent over. The girls were unprofessional and rude throughout the process. Also, the waiting areas are TINY and have nothing to keep busy toddlers occupied. Normally that's not a huge deal, but after multiple visits with 45+ minute waits, I'll be finding another provider. read more

The stars are rated for Dr. Saad, he is the #1! I have been going to Dr Saad for 7 years now& every time he is awesome. He truly does care for his children, he truly takes the time to care and review the illness with you. I can honestly say he's the best. Always goes out of his way to make sure you understand & everything is fine. Also he and his office is very clean, you can tell that Dr Saad take great pride in his office work space and work. Now as for the staff, there are some ladies who have been with that office for years. They are always helpful Others are new they seem to not care at times, almost as if they hate being there and at times rude. As for the office manager, her accent is a little hard to understand & at times rude. She once was disrespectful & no help at all. My opinion she's not the greatest office "manger", maybe the Dr. should have her take some classes on customer service support etc. Overall the Dr is great and as long as he's there I will continue to take my children to him! read more

I have been bringing my kids here since my son was a baby and he's about to be 7! I came here from a referral of a friend of mine and I'm so glad I listened to her. Dr Saad is such a sweet and caring man, it really makes a difference. The kids actually enjoy coming to appointments...I know weird right?! My daughter calls him her bestie because no matter what he always makes time to come say hello. His and Dr Dagher's bedside manner are impeccable. They are both very knowledgeable and not once have they ever been wrong with their diagnoses. I feel very confident when I bring the kids here if something is wrong that they will get the care they need...I haven't been let down yet and I dont see it happening any time soon. The staff is also amazing as well...its a very well rounded team. When I first started coming here the receptionist at the time was not very helpful and was often times very rude, I almost found a different pediatrician because of her. I stuck it out and I'm glad I did because not too long after she left. The receptionist now is so sweet and very helpful. She is always able to accommodate whatever needs we might have as far as scheduling and other questions as well. Doctor Saad, is hands down the best doctor I have ever come across. I love the entire staff, and love how they painted the walls for the children. Their office is kept very clean and well organized. He has been my son's pediatrician for almost 2 years now and I couldn't be more thankful to have found someone who is so knowledgeable and cares for my son and all his other patients just like a parent would. Most of the time my son will get sick with some unknown virus and the staff makes a valiant effort to get us in and seen. I understand why the overall appointment visit is above average wait time of approximately 15-45 min., but that is because his office and team are so popular and loved! My cousin was the one who recommended me to Dr.Saad a couple years ago . I always recommend Dr.Saad and his wife to every mom who asks for a good pediatrician . I've been taking my daughter for several years there they are the best pediatricians . They take the time to answer any question or concern I have . When He was recommended to me by my cousin I had already switched from three different pediatricians as none showed no concern what's so ever of what I would tell them all they would say was it wasn't normal and they would brush it off . The first time I took my daughter to Dr.Saad he immediately showed concern of what I told him and he immediately sent my daughter to get lab work done and indeed my concerns were real , she was low in iron . Thanks to him we were able to diagnose what my daughter had and give her the medicine she needed for her iron as well as medicine for her constipation . I interviewed several Pediatricians before the birth of our daughter, and Dr. Saad was second on my list. The Dr we chose interviewed well but after she was born I felt the other Dr did not give the personal attention that as a first time mother I wanted. We went to Dr Saad and it was wonderful! Been coming here since my baby was born and I liked the lady Pedriatrian although some of her knowledge is outdated and she wasn't very helpful with concerns I had regarding my son's weight, feeding, etc and she was sometimes rushed. In the past everyone had to call to make an appointment by phone because the reception doesn't want to book any appointments in the spot when we are at the office. I didn't have a problem making an appointment by phone because she will answer the phone, but this time I've been calling all month and nobody picked up my calls and it went straight to voice-mail. I left several messages to return my call to book my son's 15 month appointment but nobody has ever contacted me. I called daily several times a day. She first let the phone ring, then they had an answering machine and finally the call doesn't even go through anymore. I don't know what's going on with their phone system, but I'm fed up, tired and angry of trying to get hold of them and now my son is not on track with his vaccinations. I'm changing Dr because they have bad customer service and it's unacceptable to me. read more

The best Pedetricians around both dr. Saad and his wife dr may dagher. Not only are they very thorough and very polite but make you fee like family. Their front office staff is amazing always getting me in as soon as my daughter catches a cold or cough.
