They are very pleasant and they manage scheduling really well. Shout out to Anisha who always takes good care of us. The medical assistants are as professional and friendly and the physician's assistants are as helpful. They covered it all. Why wouldn't they if they are following Dr. Mohideen's lead. Dr. Mohideen is very thorough with her exams. She engages with fun conversations while diagnosing my almost 12 year old. We've been seeing her for 10 years and there's never a day that we feel like we were unattended. We truly feel part of their family. Thank you as always. When my daughter was born, I decided to switch them both over to a more reliable one since their past pediatrician was not very reliable. Children's choice Pediatrics was the first choice that came up with close to five stars and so many positive reviews that I decided to give them a try. We have only been here three times since and I'm starting to feel great about coming here. I've only seen women here and everyone seems very welcoming , and caring to my 7 month daughter and 7 year old son. They handle everything including their patients with a lot of care. The doctor that I saw last wanted to give us a referral to make sure that her development was on track, but also to help her with further growth which I appreciated because other pediatricians seem to dismiss these things. I hope things run smoothly moving forward with them, since my children also seem comfortable here :)

I've seen them not wipe rooms and it's almost always impossible to get ahold of them to get seen. Today for example they open at 8am it is currently 9:50am and I have called 13 times since 8am trying to get through. It rings and says all their people are on the line assisting others please try again in a few minutes. I will be trying to find a new office because this is unacceptable.

My first son was born prematurely and required a great deal of support after he was finally discharged from the hospital. Dr. Botros made sure he received all the necessary care and attention he needed, which helped him grow into the healthy teenager he is today. For that, I am deeply grateful. My youngest son was also born prematurely due to a placental abruption. During that difficult time, Dr. Botros went above and beyond by coming to the hospital personally for his circumcision. I had accidentally overpaid her, and I didn't even realize it--but she took the time to find me at the hospital to return the money. That level of honesty and integrity truly speaks volumes about the kind of person she is. Thank you, Dr. Botros, for being not only an exceptional and compassionate doctor, but also a genuinely kind and caring human being. I am so thankful for everything you have done and continue to do.

He's very very traditional, and seems to focus on the minor issues, instead of the major ones. Long story short, my son has a 102 temperature, and is a mess in the room, and the doctor is nagging me that he should not be have a pacifier at his age- I did not want a parenting counselor; I just wanted him to focus on my sons sickness. He also kept us waiting very long in the room (in between our session) and was just a bit off putting. I may be a bit sensitive, but when it comes to my child, I dont want to be scolded, or feel anything less than warmth. I will be looking for a new doctor.

This business will bill as Place of Service(POS) 11 Office/Home visit, rather than Place of Service (POS) 20, Urgent Care Facility. My copay for an urgent care facility is $20, all services covered, deductible waived. My co-pay for an office visit is $40 for a specialist, deductible applied. I was charged the specialist office visit copay as well as deductible for supplies. Upon calling the billing department, I was told that they are contracted to bill as an office/primary care, not as an urgent care. Be aware that this is serious misrepresentation of the business to anyone who is bringing their child here for Urgent Care Services. The marketing says "Little Star Pediatric URGENT CARE''. Every other urgent care facility I have utilized has billed appropriately, save this place. It is unfortunate, because their hours are convenient and the staff is kind.

Also when I was FINALLY able to schedule an appointment over the phone, waited a two months, took PTO hours off work to be there promptly, only to be told they never scheduled me and won't accommodate their mistake. Enough is enough.
