They are very pleasant and they manage scheduling really well. Shout out to Anisha who always takes good care of us. The medical assistants are as professional and friendly and the physician's assistants are as helpful. They covered it all. Why wouldn't they if they are following Dr. Mohideen's lead. Dr. Mohideen is very thorough with her exams. She engages with fun conversations while diagnosing my almost 12 year old. We've been seeing her for 10 years and there's never a day that we feel like we were unattended. We truly feel part of their family. Thank you as always. Today for example they open at 8am it is currently 9:50am and I have called 13 times since 8am trying to get through. It rings and says all their people are on the line assisting others please try again in a few minutes. I will be trying to find a new office because this is unacceptable.

However, the past few times I've gone, we have had another doctor, a rude, Middle Eastern man (I didnt catch his name). He's very very traditional, and seems to focus on the minor issues, instead of the major ones. Long story short, my son has a 102 temperature, and is a mess in the room, and the doctor is nagging me that he should not be have a pacifier at his age- I did not want a parenting counselor; I just wanted him to focus on my sons sickness. He also kept us waiting very long in the room (in between our session) and was just a bit off putting. I may be a bit sensitive, but when it comes to my child, I dont want to be scolded, or feel anything less than warmth. I will be looking for a new doctor.

Providers are great…read more That said, be very aware that their billing practices can result in your contracted co-pays not being honored. This business will bill as Place of Service(POS) 11 Office/Home visit, rather than Place of Service (POS) 20, Urgent Care Facility. My copay for an urgent care facility is $20, all services covered, deductible waived. My co-pay for an office visit is $40 for a specialist, deductible applied. I was charged the specialist office visit copay as well as deductible for supplies. Upon calling the billing department, I was told that they are contracted to bill as an office/primary care, not as an urgent care. Be aware that this is serious misrepresentation of the business to anyone who is bringing their child here for Urgent Care Services. The marketing says "Little Star Pediatric URGENT CARE''. Every other urgent care facility I have utilized has billed appropriately, save this place. It is unfortunate, because their hours are convenient and the staff is kind.

As I was looking for a new pediatrics office for my little one I came across this office on yelp. After doing my research and comparing to other facilities this one has the best review of doctors and caring for all children. I called if and the receptionist who helped me was very very kind. Very kindly she took my information over the phone to set up my sons appointment. Surprisingly they gave me an appointment a week after. Normally at any other office they don't give you an appointment so soon . So that was definitely a plus. Staff is very welcoming, as soon as we walked in we were helped. Dr.Botros was very kind with my little one and very patience. Clinic is very clean and welcoming and kid friendly. They have toys for the kids to play with and keep busy while waiting for their appointment. Office is also very busy which makes me think it's an excellent facility to come too and bring you little ones. The entire staff is kind from the receptionist to the doctors. Will definitely recommend this office to family and friends who are in search of a new pediatrics for their little ones. read more

So my son doctors are usually in Rancho Cucamonga but they also have this office in Upland which I dint know until recently my son was sick so they let me take appointment in Upland office which is this one yes I waited a little bit but I dint mind cause all the girls staff were so nice how they treat you their. The older lady in the front with burgundy hair and wears glasses she's the sweetest person helping in front desk anything you need she treats you so kind. The lady doctors which I loved they are so attentive with my son I loved that about them here. I always go to Rancho Cucamonga office and they aren't attentive doctors only the Chinese man doctor even the staff at Rancho all they do is gossip about people in the front desk every time I go I feel uncomfortable who wants to go to a office like that? I take my 2-year-old son here to see Dr. Botros and Dr. Salhab. I would like to say that I am now 30-years-old and I was once a pediatric patient of Dr. Botros. She has been practicing for many years and I am grateful to her. She performed my son's 2 year check up and answered all my questions. My son has also seen Dr. Salhab and he is really great with my son. He took care of him while he was going through and then recovering from pneumonia back in January. The staff is amazing. Melissa has such a good heart and accommodates my son for appointments. I am a full time MSN nursing student and a mom so it can be hectic getting appointments. I am so grateful to Melissa for helping us . Daliah is a very friendly person who tries to put a smile on my son's face whenever we go to the office. She is also very polite and lovely. I'm genuinely not kidding when I say that I really enjoy this office. Sometimes I found myself waiting for approximately an hour really busy afternoons up to 90 minutes- which I can't lie as hard for a toddler and her mother. But today we actually only waited minutes in the front office before being transferred to a room. And when we were transferred to the room, it wasn't a long wait before we were receiving care. I should note thought; it has always been worth the wait to meet with these providers. They know how to work with young children, that are able to help my daughter and I both feel warm, comfortable, and safe. Today was my daughter's first Primary Care appointment here. The office is very clean, and child friendly. They had a kids movie playing in the waiting room. Some of the chairs were in rough shape, could definitely be replaced. The receptionist are super friendly and helpful. They were able to help with questions I had while filling out the paperwork. After I finished the paperwork, we did not wait long to have her vitals taken and placed in a room. The doctor was nice and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and was able to refer us to an Orthopedic since my daughter fractured her pinky. She explained everything to me and answered all my question. I have been bringing my daughter to this location since 2017 and we have always had great experiences! The Doctors and nurse practitioners actually listen to my concerns and take them seriously issuing referrals as needed, which was an issue I had with her previous doctor. Everyone from the front office staff, to the medical assistants, and the providers are so kind and gentle I have never had a bad experience with anyone in all the years I've been bringing my daughter here, which is why I decided to make this my newborns primary doctor even though we moved over 30 minutes away. I decided to use Children's Choice Pediatrics as primary care for my son because a friend recommended Marie De Thomas. We had our first visit with Marie last week because my son was complaining of ear pain. My son and I both absolutely love Marie. She is extremely patient and compassionate, did a thorough exam, and took the time to answer all my questions without being rushed. My son had mild redness in his ear without a fever, therefore she wanted to do conservative treatment with pain management. That the girls in front were nice.While proceeding being called to the back to be seen she said the back MA was nice, patient, took her time doing stuff, very careful and gentle and explained every step of taking her vitals. my daughter also complimented the back MA on her appearance. Prior to my due date, Children Choice Pediatrics allows for a visit to see the office and speak with one of their practitioners regarding their services and options for providing care for your little one. It was very informative and put me at ease knowing where we would be going once we had our baby. After delivery, they were able to get us an appointment in 3 days time for our newborn follow up. Staff has been very helpful. Unfortunately they do not have a well child vs ill child side at this location but they do offer that you can call to check in and then be called when your room is ready so the baby is not exposed to illnesses. read more

Both my kids have been coming to see Dr Salhab since they were born. Daughter is 11, son is 7. Dr salhab has always been so caring, compassionate, and comforting. Although we don't see much of him we see Michelle or Henrietta and both are wonderful. My kids enjoy seeing their pediatricians. Waits can be long sometimes, specially Fridays at their rancho location, but once you're in a room doctor comes in shortly after. Staff is friendly and a big improvement from some years back. This has been my favorite doctor experience so far as a seasoned mom of 4 kids including 2 teenagers. Both My teen girls were made to feel comfortable by the doctor on staff during their physicals. I haven't been pushed or judged when it comes to my vaccination choices and that is not something I have experienced with other doctors, I am usually met with a lot of attitude when I decline some of the vaccinations. I have only experienced long wait times once and that was during the 'back to school' rush. If you are looking for a pediatrician in the upland or rancho cucamonga area... We've had a really great experience here! The clinic is always very clean, organized, and welcoming. The front staff are friendly and quick, which helps so much when you have kids with you. My whole family has been bring all the babies here till the kids were newborn and we're still coming. All the staff has been wonderful very patient, and understanding. The doctors are amazing very patient and they listen to you and your concerns. Not like other doctors that rush you out the door. Finding a doctor for my preemie was difficult. I ended up choosing Dr. Salhab. He is so gentle with my son. He listens to my concerns and never makes me feel like I'm asking too many questions. Office staff here are extremely nice, always welcoming. I prefer the upland location over the Rancho Cucamonga location because the girls over there just don't seem like they know what's going on.
