I was looking for a new pediatrician for my first child since we had the hospital pediatrician for seven years. When my daughter was born, I decided to switch them both over to a more reliable one since their past pediatrician was not very reliable. Children's choice Pediatrics was the first choice that came up with close to five stars and so many positive reviews that I decided to give them a try. We have only been here three times since and I'm starting to feel great about coming here. I've only seen women here and everyone seems very welcoming , and caring to my 7 month daughter and 7 year old son. They handle everything including their patients with a lot of care. The doctor that I saw last wanted to give us a referral to make sure that her development was on track, but also to help her with further growth which I appreciated because other pediatricians seem to dismiss these things. I hope things run smoothly moving forward with them, since my children also seem comfortable here :) read more

From birth to now, we've been coming to CCP. While upland has been our primary office, we've visited rancho as well. Never have had to wait too long and everyone is nice and eager to help. Brought in my son for his annual exam. Front desk staff was very welcoming and courteous. Nurse was very friendly and informative to the test my son was going to be doing, vision, hearing. Type of Care: Annual physical. Quality of Care: The physical was performed by a friendly and informative nurse practitioner. She asked appropriate questions and I felt she answered all my questions sufficiently. She was very fast but I don't feel she sacrificed anything regarding the quality of care. I did have to ask a few clarifying questions. Office Experience: Had an appointment at 9:45, checked in a few minutes early and were called back to a room at 10:14, and were seen by the doctor at 10:28. Physical ended at 10:36. We had two referrals we had to wait for so we waited in the patient room until 10:43. They were playing a movie, possibly Life of Pets, on two screens in the waiting area and on a TV in the patient room as well. The patient room was relatively clean but a wall had paint chipping. Overall we spent a little over an hour for the scheduled physical. read more

When I did my research for a pediatrician, this was one of the top rated businesses. When I arrived for my two youngest appointments, the front desk reception was very welcoming and friendly. We came again for my other two daughters and once again they were kind and welcoming. My daughters, even my 13 year old loves the decor they have here. It's not all princesses, they had a room with dinosaurs and she loves dinosaurs. So glad we came here.
