I was looking for a new pediatrician for my first child since we had the hospital pediatrician for seven years. When my daughter was born, I decided to switch them both over to a more reliable one since their past pediatrician was not very reliable. Children's choice Pediatrics was the first choice that came up with close to five stars and so many positive reviews that I decided to give them a try. We have only been here three times since and I'm starting to feel great about coming here. I've only seen women here and everyone seems very welcoming , and caring to my 7 month daughter and 7 year old son. They handle everything including their patients with a lot of care. The doctor that I saw last wanted to give us a referral to make sure that her development was on track, but also to help her with further growth which I appreciated because other pediatricians seem to dismiss these things. I hope things run smoothly moving forward with them, since my children also seem comfortable here :) read more

From birth to now, we've been coming to CCP. While upland has been our primary office, we've visited rancho as well. Never have had to wait too long and everyone is nice and eager to help. I appreciate that they also offer after hours on call dr for the urgent needs outside of normal hours. We enjoy coming here. read more

Our experience at Children's Choice has been great. We recently welcomed our first child over the summer and we found Stacy to be very kind and informative throughout our first months with our daughter. We've been fortunate to get appointments within a week of calling the office and the front staff has been great as well. Would recommend to our family and friends. read more

I had a great experience at Children's Choice Pediatric, their staff is kind, professional, and friendly. I bring both of my children here and they work so good with them. Always a decent wait but most of the time no less than 30 Mns. The staff at this location has always been really nice. If I have a choice between this location and the rancho location I'll always pick this one because the Rancho Cucamonga location always has me waiting over 1hr and a half and that's not including the time inside the room. read more

My children has been coming here at CCP since they were born. I never looked any pediatrics since I'm comfortable coming here. They have the best staff and very understanding. I recommend anyone who needs good care and dr. read more

I was skeptical to bring my grandbabies here. Looks are deceiving and I'm quite OCD about cleanliness, sanitation, etc. I've brought my 3 grandkids here on different occasions and every provider has been super nice and professional and the office and rooms have been tidy. I've seen different front desk gals every time, but they have all been nice and helpful. Same for calls I've made to the office. Phones are answered professionally and promptly. read more

Love coming to Children's Choice Pediatrics in Upland! Claudia and Daisy made sure we were seen right away. Emily and Belen were efficient in taking their heights, weights, vitals, hearing, and vision. Stacey, the Pediatric NP, has been caring for my three kids for the past few years, and she is always so thorough, attentive, and knowledgeable. She takes the time to provide each of my children with education and guidance that is individualized to their specific needs. We always feel well cared for and truly appreciate the quality of care she provides. read more

I am very disappointed with my last experience here. I showed up to the upland location and was told rudely from the NP that I can't come without an appointment and how they had to make other patients wait so they could check my daughter. There was literally no need to say all of that, from the moment I showed up in reception they should've told me they don't take walk ins. But why allow it then make rude comments about it after? read more

We found this pediatric office through Yelp, and I am SO grateful we did. From the very first visit, the entire experience has been nothing but positive. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient , you truly feel cared for the moment you walk in. My 6-year-old absolutely loves the doctor and, for the first time ever, is not scared to come in for visits. That alone speaks volumes. The doctor is kind, gentle, and takes the time to explain things in a way that makes both parents and kids feel comfortable and heard. Appointments are well-organized, the office runs smoothly, and every interaction we've had has been professional yet warm. As a parent, it gives me such peace of mind knowing my children are in such great hands. If you're looking for a pediatrician who genuinely cares about your kids and makes doctor visits a positive experience, I highly recommend this office. We couldn't be happier with the care we've received! read more

Type of Care: Annual physical. Quality of Care: The physical was performed by a friendly and informative nurse practitioner. She asked appropriate questions and I felt she answered all my questions sufficiently. She was very fast but I don't feel she sacrificed anything regarding the quality of care. I did have to ask a few clarifying questions. Office Experience: Had an appointment at 9:45, checked in a few minutes early and were called back to a room at 10:14, and were seen by the doctor at 10:28. Physical ended at 10:36. We had two referrals we had to wait for so we waited in the patient room until 10:43. They were playing a movie, possibly Life of Pets, on two screens in the waiting area and on a TV in the patient room as well. The patient room was relatively clean but a wall had paint chipping. Overall we spent a little over an hour for the scheduled physical. read more

We've had such a great experience with my son's pediatric office, especially with Stacy Fischer. I'm a first-time mom and I can get confused or overwhelmed with all the info--Stacy never rushes me. She breaks everything down in simple terms, explains the "why" behind her recommendations, and checks that I'm comfortable before we leave. She's warm with my son, remembers details from previous visits, and always offers practical tips I can actually use at home. I walk out feeling informed instead of anxious, and that makes all the difference. If you want a pediatric provider who truly listens and explains things in detail, ask for Stacy. She's wonderful! read more

We've been with Children's Choice Pediatrics since my daughter was born (she's 14 now), even back when they were at their previous location. After briefly switching providers due to insurance, I quickly returned because the level of care here is unmatched. The staff is always friendly and helpful, referrals are handled promptly, and they're great about accommodating last-minute appointments. Both doctors my children have seen have excellent bedside manner and take the time to answer questions. We plan to continue our care here until our children age out. read more

When I did my research for a pediatrician, this was one of the top rated businesses. When I arrived for my two youngest appointments, the front desk reception was very welcoming and friendly. We came again for my other two daughters and once again they were kind and welcoming. My daughters, even my 13 year old loves the decor they have here. It's not all princesses, they had a room with dinosaurs and she loves dinosaurs. So glad we came here. The doctors are very gentle and helpful when it comes to the girls and the information regarding their health. read more

Best group of pediatricians! I have been taking my kids here for years, and now taking my newborn here.

We were recommended Children's Choice Pediatrics by a family member, and I only have great things to say so far. My baby is now 1 year old, and we've been coming here since he was about 2 months. The nurse practitioners are always welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly caring--I really appreciate the support and guidance they've provided for us. The only thing I think could be improved is having an online system for documents, scheduling, and communication, which would make things even more convenient. But overall, I highly recommend this office for any parent looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pediatric team! read more
