After some additional construction, I called them to come out again and clean up the mess/dust left by the construction. **WOW!** The crew was Alisha, Eileen, Brittney, and Shannon and they did a fantastic job. They even let me know that there was a high window that they couldn't reach and so they scheduled a time to come back later and bring an extension to make sure that one was cleaned as well. That is customer service at its best! Even my realtor was impressed with the job they did, and she hires a lot of different cleaning companies. They must be really busy because they were a week out when I scheduled. They sent two cleaners to my house. They told me that they would call me 20 min prior to them arriving so I could meet them at the house (since I don't live there). Unfortunately, they did not give me a ring but fortunately, I just happened to be there when they got there because I was worried this would happen. The two ladies did not speak any english at all and had to use a phone translator. They worked hard for 4 hours for a move out clean for a 1328 sq ft house. One of them asked me if everything looked good at the end- I saw quite a bit they missed but only pointed out a handful of things they missed that were still evidently dirty (eg. blinds, toilet, windowsills, stove, countertop)- she looked upset that I pointed these things out, didn't say anything and just went back to those rooms to address them. Since she seemed unhappy, I didn't mention the rest of the missed areas and cleaned the rest myself. I think they at least got 90% of it done which I heard is a win with cleaning companies. It would have been nice to get the 100% but I know they were tired and worked hard all day. They also left a dirty towel in the garage, two dirty towels outside the front door w/ a half empty water bottle, and a paper towel in the street. But overall, they cleaned the majority of the house well.

They were able to come very last minute, on a holiday to accommodate my need. They did a great job, paid attention to details, and at spots that I was not completely happy with (due to there was still construction going on), they returned and retouched it until I was happy with the result. I wasn't planning to do regular maid service but it was such a pleasure working with Karol's touch, I think I'm going to work with them every month for cleaning. Here's why I think you should consider Karol over other maid service (I also worked with Alpine and Metro Maid, both did good cleaning job but I prefer Karol): 1. she's prompt with response via txt, not some email system, there's no middle man 2. she can come last minute, where Alpine often books 2 weeks out 3. she and Amelia came both time, there are consistencies of their work, and I dont need to work with too many different people 4. her price is very competitive, better quotes than Metro or Alpine 5. she shows that she genuinely care and she communicates very well, understand my need and is willing to work with me 10/10 love working with Karol. Cleaning Pros was hired to deep clean selected areas of my home - BATHROOMS (3) including "dusting"…read moreperimeter of room near ceiling, fixtures, and floor, wiping down baseboards (not just dusting) and wipe down shelves of 5 CLOSETS, deep clean of KITCHEN cabinets (vacuum and wipe down interior; clean exterior, pantry, oven, refrigerator interior), and ENTRY tile. With new carpeting and hardwood floors, the cleaners were specifically instructed not to clean those types of flooring. What they did do is vacuum some of the newly carpeted rooms and mop the hardwood floor, even though they were told not to do that. Clean ceiling fans by waving a duster at them and dislodged a ceiling fixture which they conveniently pretended not to notice or mention. What they didn't do was actually clean some of the baseboards, missed at least 25% of the interior of kitchen cabinets, missed the downstairs cabinets, and were packed up and ready to go. I had to wave them down as they were getting into their very nice, new(er) SUV and have them clean the oven, as agreed with scheduler. In spite of being told the lead cleaner was 80% proficient in English, there was definitely a language barrier that affected the ability to understand what their instructions were. Just nodded and said yes and did what they wanted. What they did do well was cleaning the refrigerator, the washer, the oven (it was a mess), cooktop, and the bathroom (less the baseboards and ceiling area "dusting"), and scraped something off the kitchen floor (I still don't know what it was). They did arrive on time and wore shoe protectors, which was greatly appreciated. I spot checked and found a couple items which they addressed. All in all, I've had to re-clean many of the areas they were tasked to do (kitchen cabinets, downstairs cabinets, dusting near ceiling, downstairs flooring). What I didn't do was check 100% of the work. They were tipped which I now regret as I find more things not done or need re-doing. I have learned a lesson that if you can't do it yourself, then you should be with them 100% of the time to ensure they do the work they were hired to do.

I was confused and in the middle of work - had immediately asked why the deviation from previously agreed 2pm, asked for an ETA so I could plan when to leave and never got a response. I ended up going over to the apartment, called the person who then told me it would still be about 20 minutes till showing up. At this point, I was already pretty irritated. When they arrived it was fine - showed the 2 cleaners where to park and helped them bring some tools up the entrance stairs. They finished up and locked the door behind them no problem. I ended up paying the price I was estimated which was great so no surprises. When I went back to the place to check, I noticed the same smudged footprints from our movers, debris, straight up dirt on the ground and product streaks on the counters and toilet. The fridge and microwave which did need their focus, were spotless. I texted the person I had communicated with and asked if they even cleaned the floors with pictures attached. She did quickly remedy this by having a cleaner return in the morning to do the floor. Overall, I am grateful for the work they did and the price I paid.
