I confirmed with the guy that that's what I wanted. He led me to a massage chair where a male masseuse was waiting. He began working on my neck and shoulders (my foot massage place at home always begins with the next and shoulders then move down the arms and then to the feet) so I thought this was part of the massage. Mid-way through a girl sat down and began working on my feet while the guy continued on my shoulders. I wondered why they had two people working on me but thought maybe they just wanted to get people through faster. But at checkout, the lady at the counter charged me $96!! I said no the sign said $60 for a one hour foot massage. She told me that I received a neck and shoulder massage for an additional $36. I said that is NOT what I asked for and I thought that was part of the foot massage. She kept insisting it was $96 for my service. After a huge argument with her, I paid her what I asked for - $60 for a one hour foot massage - and left. So beware! They will get you in for one service but try to sneak in something you didn't ask for and then charge you for it! It's a total racket!!

The man who gave me the chair massage had strong hands that had me totally relaxed in 10 minutes. He worked me from my neck to my waist. The spinal work was amazing and he worked muscles I didn't know existed! Towards the end he asked me "10 more minutes for $10 more dollars?" HELL YES!!! Best $$$ I ever spent. Coco did amazing on the foot massage for my husband and Gua's skills with the full body massage was amazing. He got into the knots in my shoulders, traps, back and kneaded them out. I didn't even have to tell him where to pay attention to. We are definitely coming back tomorrow for a full hour since we only did 30 mins today. They accept credit cards with a small fee if cash is not available. Also, the restroom was nice and clean too. I highly recommend Coco and Gua.

If you really want to invest in yourself this year, please come here and get a deep tissue massage from Ms. Caroline. I came here in a 10AM on a Thursday and was the only customer that morning I believe. The rooms are clean, the place is spotless and really feels like you're at a spa. The massage tables have heated blankets which I absolutely loved. She also used a hot towel on my back and my face so don't wear makeup or tell her beforehand to not use it on your face if you're not comfortable. I can't wait to come back here. My 1hr deep tissue was much needed. She was also very attentive and asked if the pressure was OK multiple times. Very relaxing experience.

I went to fill out the pre-service form for a wax but it wouldn't upload without my drivers license uploaded - not interested. 4. She said the only way I could bi-pass the uploaded ID requirement was to pay in cash. I said no. 5. She said I was cancelling the appointment then, so I did. 6. Now I noticed that they removed my review from last year; the one where I complained about them wanting you to leave a tip for the front desk employee. I'm sure the wax itself is fine; it was last year. I presume they have a lot of employee turnover as the Aesthetician saw her tip walk away when I walked out the door. Silly policies.

On the table, I requested for emphasis on my neck and shoulders since those areas had been giving me discomfort for several weeks. The massage therapist got deep into my muscles. Sweet relief! She used a number of moves and pressures and was able to adjust the pressure where needed. The hot stones were also a nice treat, as I'd never experienced those before.
