If you really want to invest in yourself this year, please come here and get a deep tissue massage from Ms. Caroline. I came here in a 10AM on a Thursday and was the only customer that morning I believe. The rooms are clean, the place is spotless and really feels like you're at a spa. The massage tables have heated blankets which I absolutely loved. She also used a hot towel on my back and my face so don't wear makeup or tell her beforehand to not use it on your face if you're not comfortable. I can't wait to come back here. My partner booked me a one-hour, full body deep tissue and it was worth every second. The spa is unsuspecting from the outside but inviting, clean, and beautiful on the inside. The most delightful moment was laying down to discover that the massage bed was HEATED! It was amazing. My masseusse was very professional and excellent with her hands, we both wore masks during the visit and even had a nice little conversation to make the experience more personal. I was so relaxed and by the time we were finished I felt like I was walking on air, and even though it was cold out the spa itself was warm and cozy and made dressing/undressing far more comfortable, and the rooms had closing doors, not just curtains so I didnt feel exposed. First off.. i was contacted at 9pm on a Sunday because they mixed up my apt. Then at time of appointment the girl called me multiple names none of which are mine. Then at some point during the massage the therapist left to go answer the door. I scheduled a 1 hour deep tissue massage. It lasted around 45 minutes including getting dressed undressed and her leaving mid massage. The owner preceded to call me later to rectify the situation but the therapist was yelling in the background and the owner put her on the phone to argue with me. Super unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous. I'll never be back. I DO NOT recommend this place. read more

Highly recommend! I suffer from migraines and while I have seen several massage therapists over the years, I have never had a massage as good as this one. I purchased a Groupon in order to try this place out and I will definitely be back. The waiting room and massage rooms were very clean and welcoming. The massage table had heated linens. Micheal was my massage therapist and he was wonderful. He applied the perfect amount of pressure and really concentrated on my areas of tension that I informed him about. I called and made an appointment over the phone, the owner requested that I pay over the phone with my credit card. I told her that I do not feel comfortable giving my card over the phone. She said that's fine but when people don't pay over the phone they don't show up. I said don't worry I'll be there. I showed up 5 minutes early and there was no one there. I called and she said she had to leave to pay the power bill. I waited outside for her for 30 minutes. When I came inside to talk with her about my issues, I explained that I didn't want to pay $130 for the myofacial bc this is my first time with her and I wanted to see how her massage is. She was like oh you don't want to pay, and started to take the clip board away from me. This was very rude, She didn't even give me the chance to say I just wanted to do the basic massage for about $80 to try her out. I said to her don't you think you could offer me something since I have been waiting for you for a half hour (service recovery?!) while I was asking she answered her phone while I was talking mid sentence! No excuse me, nothing! At that point I was unable to find comfort in getting my massage with her. I had to leave. Thanks for wasting my time, for that you get zero stars! It might not sound like a lot of time, however considering I have issues staying consistent when booking salon/spa treatments this is a big deal. From the first visit I was hooked. Just had a massage here with Mauricio. First off, ignore the negative Yelpers about this place. They only leave negative reviews about businesses, so maybe they're just reaping what they sow. Everyone I met today (including the woman who "sounds Jamaican") was beyond pleasant. The door was opened for when I arrived, I was offered refreshments, the place is clean and calming, and most importantly, the massage is absolutely wonderful! My therapist customized my massage perfectly. It was thoughtful and well executed. I hate when I can basically tell they're just going through the motions and timing themselves, totally ignoring when they find something that needs more attention than anticipated. That is not the case here. He checked in just enough to make sure that he wasn't missing any cues also. It's definitely a place worth going back to. read more

I bought this through groupon and I should of listen to some of the reviews on here. She wasn't lying. Rude employee!? I think she was Jamaican or something; strong accent. Picked up the phone like it was her house and a stranger calling. Unprofessional and when I requested for a female massage therapist she caught a buck. I wish I can leave no star cause that's how crappy it was thru there. I hope the owner knows about his employee. Advice, RUN!? That's why they so cheap cause the wont make it. With that lady in there acting like she the boss. She needs to get fired. And apparently it happens a lot cause the other yelper said the same exact thing. Don't waste your money and time. I bought a Groupon for three 60 min massages. The masseuses are great and very professional. The owner, Caroline, however could use some classes in etiquette. She is nice, but can be very abrasive at times. I think it might be more of a cultural difference, than her intentionally being rude. I've had four massages at the location. 3 of the 4 massages I could hear Caroline's voice or conversations with other's during the massage. A spa/massage business is supposed to be quiet and relaxing, but this place is not the case. The owner is so LOUD that it really does ruin the massage experience. And the poor employees know she is loud, but can't really say anything because she is the boss. The Groupon was such a good deal and the massages were great, so I just dealt with the noise level. The final straw was when I received a call about an hour after my last massage from Caroline, who began to question what kind of car I drove. She then preceded to explain that a woman who works in the strip mall believes I dinged her car, since I parked next to her. She then asked if I wanted to speak to the lady to which I replied, "No, not really, because I didn't hit anyone's car." She gives the lady the phone ANYWAYS! I was forced to talk to some lunatic who felt since I was parked close to her car, then it must have been me that put a ding in her door. Seriously. I explained that I did not hit her car and that I'm sure I'm not the ONLY person who parked in that spot during her 8-10 hour work day!!!! After speaking with the lady, I then explained to Caroline that I did not appreciate the call. And that it really wasn't her place to call clients and try to accuse them of hitting people's cars. And if it were an issue, the police should have been called, and then THEY should have called me. Or if the client must be called, you do it in private and ASK if they would like to speak to the accuser and offer their number to call. Then it will be my decision whether I want to be bothered on my personal time. You don't ambush paying customers with foolishness and accusations. I was so insulted at the audacity of the owner and disgusted with the whole situation. I told Caroline to never call me again, unless it had something to do with a MASSAGE!!! Interestingly enough, Caroline explained there were 10 other people who parked in that SAME spot...so I told her to make sure she calls all ten and harass them with accusations of dinging/scratching/whatever someone's car. Needless to say, I will never go back to that place again! I would rather pay a little more for professionalism. read more

I had the most Amazing experience here today. The facility is very welcoming. The owner was so polite offered me tea gave great conversation. Mike gave me the massage and I must say I haven't had one this detailed and professional in a long time. Neck and shoulders needed plenty of work and he focused on what I needed !!!! I live on the West Bank and for years I've gone to the Ritz Carlton spa. But life is hectic and going downtown is tiresome. I tried a few places on the West Bank, but the search stopped when I went to Massage Wellness. Everyone is so nice, and Michael is one of the best massage therapists I've ever been to. The place is small, but welcoming, clean and relaxing. I can't say enough how kind everyone is there. I highly recommend. read more
