Im 31 now and life couldnt be better. SOBA doesnt just treat the symptoms of addiction but the underlying issues of why we use in the first place. now im reaching out to la frontera seeking some needed answers to a couple of legitimate issues…read morethat need to be addressed so tell me who do i turn to herein this entity if i was promised a seasoned case manager who has knowledge & experiance dealing with veterans suffering from ptsd as well as understanding what it does to a person being unlawfully made homeless , forced to walk everywhere after the authorities herein pinal co unlawfully destroyed my popup trailer packded with everything i owned ,then strong armed my vehicle from my fiance claiming i abandoned it when it wasnt ,then fraudulently citing me for an abandoned vevicle on my mvd record causing me extreme anxiety & other undue mental issues that i was made to believe la frontera had the trained personal who would take the time & effort to actually help resolve the issues causing me to not want to stay clean now im even more frustrated unable to file legal paperwork seeking relief from the ongoing manifest injustice that has been unfairly imposed against me so why cant la frontera do anything to help

I was forced to find a new one that was covered due to some extenuating circumstances. I have to admit, I feel that Esther is a Godsend. Seriously, coming from another office can be a bit frightening as it comes to mental wellness. I mean, you spend time getting to know someone and suddenly you're having to share all over again. I am aware of their cancellation fee and it is true it is $65. One day, I was running behind and called them to see whether it would be best to cancel. The office staff advised me that it would be best to show up even if I were late, save myself the late cancellation fee. I know they text and call to remind me of upcoming appointments with enough time to cancel in a timely manner if I should need to do so. So, the fee? That's all on me, if I'm a no show. At first, I had a few frustrations. For instance, their need for a card on file (for the cancellation fees), at the time I started visiting here, I didn't have any cash at all and the thought of giving them my card really upset me. I got over it. The exercises and the support offered has been monumental in my care. Esther has done a wonderful job in assisting me in assisting myself. I have recommended this office to others based on my experience. My understanding is not all of the providers have openings and not all of them accept the same insurance. I have visited a great deal of counselors in my lifetime and I feel it's very important to find one that fits your needs. For me, this office does and I am willing to drive out of my way to continue my care here.

They are faithful at billing us, but not great at keeping informed about progress, felt uncomfortable, and they always started late. Not impressed.

My wife and I spent six and a half hours in our initial session with Michelle. It was helpful, but…read moredid not address a major concern (which had been presented to her prior to our first meeting). Within a week of our counseling session our marriage was worse than before. I contacted Michelle and she said that my wife is very guarded about her issues and the likelihood is that she doesn't want to work on herself. Michelle was correct. In hindsight I regret we agreed to such a long initial session. I think we should have limited our initial session to an hour or two. It could have flushed out my wife's lack of willingness and commitment to counseling and saved us an enormous amount of money with no positive result.

She provides practical advice based on the information she gathers in her session. My wife and I value a no nonsense approach to improving our marriage and Michelle provided that.
