I contacted the owner, Bryan, who said my humidity must be too high. He sent employees over two different times, and both times my humidity level was well below the standard. Bryan refuses replace the floor or correct the problem. We had two other contractors inspect the flooring, and both said it was installed too tightly. Matthew and his team arrived at my parents house in rural Susquehanna County.
