They came and gave me an estimate, and then they came to pick up my check for the deposit on Saturday. The owner said they would come to do the work on Tuesday or Wednesday. They never showed up, and I tried to contact the owner four times - once on his cell & three times through his office & he never returned my calls. So I put a stop on the check for the deposit. The following Monday he called me and wanted to know why he wasn't able to cash the check, and I said because he took my check, never gave me a receipt, and wouldn't return my calls. He claimed that he never got my messages and blamed it on the girl in the office. Even though I also left voicemail on his personal cell phone. I have no time to deal with people who don't know how to run a business properly. It only takes a minute to make a phone call to reach out to somebody and let them know the status of the job. If he called and explained that they were delayed and wouldn't be coming on the scheduled day, I would have understood. But to take a check from somebody for $1750 , not give them a receipt,and not return phone calls is very unprofessional.

A complete rip off! Quote of $250 to clean my siding and…read more$150 to clean gutters. The guy was nice enough - but he didn't clean the gutters! Further, large sections of the siding and soffit were not cleaned. I have pictures of gutters that are still full of leaves and the still dirty siding. When I texted the guy right after he left to ask him to come back and finish cleaning the gutters - he promised to NOT cash the check I had given him and set up an appointment to come back and finish it (I have this in writing!) - but he never came back and went ahead and cashed the check. I have tried calling repeatedly to get them to come back and finish the job or refund my money - but only ever get the answering service and never get a call back. I cannot recommend this company at all and will be contacting the better business bureau..

I called the owner Donnie and was told to please water it it will come back. You can see it is dead and was burnt with chemicals. They told NO precautions to protect my property and did not suggest to me that I should due to them using highly toxic chemicals. My siding was not properly rinsed so now I have stains down my siding from chemicals being left in the sun on my siding.
