I contacted these guys a few months ago. A guy came out and sat in his truck at the time we were scheduled for an estimate. I go outside to see what the hold up is and he said he wasn't sure which house it was after sitting in his truck for a good 20 minutes. Ok not that he could'nt have seen the giant numbers on the house. We do an estimate and I NEVER get a call back even AFTER I called them back to see when we could get the results of that estimate, the reply was we'll get back to you on that!! read more

They did a great job for a very reasonable price. It was mid-range among the estimates that I solicited. I wholeheartedly praise them for their follow up. I have had them back twice fir minor issues. One was caused by a very strong windstorm that wrecked havoc on our area. The other issue was a group of shingles that could have been hammered down a little better. But their response was immediate and thorough and fixed the problem. I have already recommended to a friend and will do so again. read more

VERY happy with this roofing outfit. Good pricing, fast work at top quality. They are very quick to get back to you with all your concerns ... ie: I had an issue with the way one of the downspouts was installed, they came and did it to my liking in two days. They never asked for any money until the roof was installed, final payment was made after the gutters were installed (week later). read more

I had wind damage and I called had an appointment set up and Andrew came very promptly , inspected what I needed to have done, called me the same afternoon with a quote which was very reasonable and had the supplies I needed . He came and repaired my roof that same afternoon. He was very professional, friendly and efficient in his work. Years ago they replaced my roof on N. Washington St. in Wilkes-Barre and did an amazing job. I recently developed a roof leak in my new house so they were my first thought to call. There was apparently a breakdown in communication and I didn't here back from them, leaving me to leave an uncomplimentary review here. They have since got in touch with me and were able to come out and repair my roof the same day they called at a reasonable price. Breakdowns happen. How you make it right is what counts and they nailed it. Very satisfied. read more

Neighbor had roof work done by this company. They drove their machinery though my front yard and left some ruts. No one ever asked for permission to drive through my front yard or even told me there was damage, I had to approach them about it. This happened during a warm spell in winter 2017. I asked both the crew and whoever answered the phone for them if they would be fixing the damage to my yard. They said they would fix everything in spring 2018. Also spoke to a gentleman who was looking at the work at a later date and was again assured that they would be fixed. It's now March 2019 and there would still be ruts in my front yard if I didn't fix them myself. read more

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I've been waiting all day for someone to come to give my Mom an estimate. At 2:00pm, I called to find out what block of time they would be here. I was told that the paperwork was left behind and someone could come next Tuesday - ??? We spent hours waiting. Obviously, we will not be doing business with this company. read more

I initially wrote this review 1 year ago, shortly after our roof install by this company, but I still stand by every word! We are now on our second winter under our roof, and couldn't be happier with it: This company has been home saving for myself, and my family. My parents roof developed a bad leak last winter. The company owner came to their house and gave them a quote, then proceeded to keep the house safely tarped to keep them dry until the spring thaw came and it was a workable time of year to replace the shingles, etc. The crew just finished putting a new roof on my and my husband's home today. The roof only took a day for them to put on. Their communication was excellent leading up to this day, even though weather and previously scheduled projects pushed the date back a little, they always let me know and didn't leave us hanging. Their crew was professional and worked hard and consistently for us. They were very friendly (and also very understanding of our dogs barking at the sound of feet on the roof.) They discovered some unexpected water damage, and they handled those extra small repairs, keeping the cost within $100 of our initial estimate, despite the changes and extra time/labor involved. They also discovered that our attic was barely vented, and corrected that problem to save us more trouble and damage down the road. Our roof looks WONDERFUL, and I love having the peace of mind of knowing such an honest, hard-working company is standing behind their work and our new roof. We are looking forward to being cozy and dry this winter!! read more
