Matthew and his team arrived at my parents house in rural Susquehanna County. The house was in…read moredesperate need of a deep clean because my parents are elderly and unable to care for their house on their own at this point. The house is large and it was full of dust and dog hair. Matthew and his team spent over six hours doing a deep clean on the upstairs three bedrooms and two bathrooms. They also worked on the formal living and dining rooms. In the kitchen, the stove was scrubbed to sparkling brand new. They will be returning to finish the job that was bigger than we all thought and coming back biweekly to keep it maintained. I am grateful to know that my parents' house will be taken care of. It's a huge weight off of my shoulders because I live far away and I'm not able to spend as much time as needed to keep the house in shape.

Don't use Stanley Steemer. New management and turnover of staff has changed their service…read moredelivery. Used them in the past because of the expert service and customer responsiveness and I never had a problem. Now with Saxton managing the office he will send a one-person crew to your house. If he does, don't leave any room unattended. The man who came didn't remove spots, damaged an expensive baseboard to the bed. There was also property missing from the bedroom. He also had issues running 2 credit cards, which should have been another red flag. When addressing it with Saxton he was dismissive and protective of his staff and non-responsive to the needs of the customer. Before the service tech left he said to stay off the carpeting for 24 hours. Since I had great service in the past I relied on that and didn't notice until late in the evening all of these flaws. No one else was on the 2nd floor and in the house and all steps were re-traced and the conclusion is that the property was missing. So if you want property missing, a below average cleaning and issues with management then take this location out for a test drive. You will be disappointed. I was an advocate of Stanley Steemer for 2 years because of the previous techs, but with what happened in July, they wont be back or trusted in the home again.

Scheduling was flexible and accommodating, and Brian arrived exactly on time. His equipment was clean, organized, and well-contained throughout the job. The pricing was fair and competitive for everything we wanted cleaned, and the time spent on the job was exactly what we expected. Most importantly, Brian was extremely professional. One of our older window shades unfortunately disintegrated during the cleaning process due to its age. Brian was very apologetic, handled the situation professionally, and did not charge us for that item. We would highly recommend Brian to anyone looking for carpet, drapery, or upholstery cleaning services.
