Hired Black Label to install a metal roof on my 2-story house. Gene and Stan were very responsive…read moreand gave me a free quote, flat fee for the roof. I got quotes from 3 builders, Black Label and one other were exactly the same, a third quote was a couple thousand less but the reasons became obvious. They used the best materials and the roof looks fantastic. They were delayed a few weeks due to weather but that can't be helped with roofs. Their warranty was the best of the three as well. I normally do all of my own work and in over 20 years this is the first time I ever hired someone to do any work for me, so I am very picky and I know what I'm looking for - honestly I just didn't do it myself because it would have taken me forever working alone, and I'd have had the house tarped up for weeks with a partially finished roof. Stan's crew was done in 2 days and even finished up during a major snowstorm. Couldn't be happier. Big thing for me is communication, and every text or email was answered within 24 hours. Would definitely hire again, but I'll probably never need another roof!
