Scheduling was flexible and accommodating, and Brian arrived exactly on time. His equipment was clean, organized, and well-contained throughout the job. He was also willing to add a few extra items for cleaning at a very reasonable adjustment to the original quote. The pricing was fair and competitive for everything we wanted cleaned, and the time spent on the job was exactly what we expected. Most importantly, Brian was extremely professional. One of our older window shades unfortunately disintegrated during the cleaning process due to its age. Brian was very apologetic, handled the situation professionally, and did not charge us for that item. But there was a problem from the beginning! The truck-based cleaning system broke down in my driveway, actually it was the onboard generator that runs the cleaning equipement. Walter, the cleaning technician was stranded here waiting for a new truck to be delivered. We chatted for some time, nice guy! The replacement truck was delivered by the owner of the company, Adam. He apologized to me for the inconvenience and shook my hand. I watched Walter work now and then, he cleaned, used neutralizer and smelled the loveseat cushions over and over. He did the cushion cleaning outside on a ground cloth! I waited 4 days to write this review; I wanted to make sure the Pee Smell was gone in both cases. This company presented a professional approach to me, I booked the same day, Adam did the estimate. I got a discount too for a same day booking. I canceled my next estimate. Verry Happy, Andy Rutter

I took a chance and put in a query to Yelp for a carpet cleaner. Most of the companies that…read moreresponded to me were large chains that didn't actually cover my area. John at JR however was the first person to get back to me from an actual local company that could do the work. He was great at answering all my questions. This was the first time I have ever had carpet cleaned so I had a lot! We went back and forth with questions and a quote via Yelp email then I called his office to easily schedule the cleaning. This is a small company so they do get booked up but I needed to schedule almost a month ahead of time due to other work being done so it was perfect. Just don't call at the last minute and it won't be an issue for you either. John himself showed up promptly and explained exactly what he was doing and what we needed to do afterwards. He was also able to do some minor carpet repairs we had been meaning to do for years. The job came out perfectly. He even films the dirty water flushing down your toilet to show you how much dirt he sucked out of it! We now plan on doing this every couple of years or so to maintain this carpet and we will definitely be hiring JR to do it again next time. Thanks for the "new" carpet!!
