They did one area rug and stairs and stated the were leaving. I stated they did not do the other rug. The rug cleaning man raised his voice in a hostile manger and told me I didn't tell him about the other rug. He said it would be 10.00 dollar's more which would have been fine with me. Unfortunately his anger and rudeness scared me so much I just wanted him to get out of my home. I would not recommend them at all

He called me and scheduled a quote estimate visit within the same week, and soon after, sent over a quote. This process was very seamless and efficient. Steve was very professional, on time, and finished the job quickly. The job was a bit tough because slate is a very porous stone, and my floors had an oil-based sealant on them, so he had to remove the sealant first and then clean the floors, which was laborious. Nevertheless, the floors came out excellent and looked dramatically different (in a very good way!). He also applied a hospital-grade disinfectant to my floors, which was a nice touch. Pricing was very reasonable and fair, and Steve was very transparent about pricing from his initial visit, which I appreciated very much. I will be hiring Clean Step Chem-Dry for all of my tile and stone cleaning needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Mark called back a day later, scheduled a $139 cleaning for the following week to clean the stairs and upstairs hallway and address a few small stains in the hallway. Believe me when I tell you, this house harbored the dirt of the ages. The first job we asked them to do was to power clean the terrace. We obtained two estimates and chose Joe Martinez and his crew to take care of this, which they did very competently. They powerwashed the patio, our stone benches, planters and table and statues. They removed moss from the brick and planted it in the cracks to replace missing mortar. Great job. We then asked Ameri-Best to bid on cleaning the interior of our six-bedroom, four bath house. Again, an excellent, efficient and well priced job. Joe even returned to do some minor repairs for us. I highly recommend Ameri-Best. 860-673-2033
