Scrolling through IG, and I got a pop up for a free car wash. I was in Clearwater at the time, so I couldn't resist getting it. I did need it. Stopping by here, an attendant took my phone and scanned the coupon for the free car wash. It was super easy, and the car wash was a nice refresh for my car. Can't wait to go back again. They do have the usual single car wash and monthly. I didn't take a pic of the prices though. You can get their free car wash on their website. They have a location in Clearwater and Temple Terrace. Great car wash clean the car very well. I like that they have compressed air so I can spray my mats off and I love how the vacuums there's one that you can use for the carpets and more skinnier one to get into all the cracks and crevices. Definitely recommend coming to this car wash. read more

I decided to try this place out due to them having a high value coupon for first timers on their website. Upon entrance, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. A staff also came up to ask how the car wash went which was kind. I have no complaints overall as the car wash was decent and did a good job at cleaning my car while adding a shine. There was one spot on the sideview mirror that was still there but nothing a towel can't easily remove at the vacuum stations! Sunshine car Wash is extremely unprofessional. The manager named Stephanie called my wife who is pregnant a b**** and when I'm confronted them about it, they said my wife misunderstood! I Don't understand how they think it's acceptable for a manager who's supposed to uphold company policies thinks it's okay to call a pregnant woman the B word in front of other customers and the employees? And still to this day nobody, nobody from HR, nobody from ownership has ever came out and told me or my wife that what Stephanie did was wrong. After New Years Eve, a neighbor decided to shoot off about a while store worth of fireworks, which all of the shrapnel ended up ALL OVER my car, especially the windshield and the wiper blades. Robert was awesome and helped upon arrival to use the machine and then sprayed off all the yucky so that it didn't damage my paint. Afterwards, I used the powerful vacuums to get out the sand from living near the beach and even got a nice wave before I left and was invited back! Definitely recommend this place to keep your car clean! May even look into the monthly subscription! read more

I'd give them a zero star if I could. This review is about the owner of the company not about the employees who work there. I cancelled my membership and was charged $50.28 anyway. I went in person to dispute the charge and Santos (the owner) had me sign something on his phone that would refund my $50.28. However, I never received a refund. If he chooses to ruin his reputation and his business over $50.28, then so be it. My advice is to stay away. read more

This is the worst local car wash in my opinion. Something is always broken. The plate readers, the vacuums, the car wash itself. You name it. You can always expect a problem. Today I was stuck inside of the car wash. The power seemed to go out, the water and the soap stopped, my car stopped. Nothing I could do. You can't get out. The attendant seemed to be having a conversation with someone in the truck outside. I finally got out. I couldn't help but wonder what would happen next. By now I was behind schedule, so I was rushing to vacuum and dry the vehicle. I didn't have time to wash the floor mats. The car wash closes at 7:30 pm and I got there around 7:15. The delay didn't help matters. At around 7:25 the attendant asked if I was almost finished and if I was going to vacuum. Odd question, in my opinion. I told the attendant that I was going to vacuum. He then said they were closing. I already knew this. I have two monthly subscriptions and I wash my cars frequently. I would've been done in a few minutes. At this point I brought up the fact that I had been stuck in the car wash. He mumbled something. It's very, very loud in the vacuuming area. There's very loud equipment outside. We ended up having a very long and very unpleasant conversation. Apparently he had been up since 6:30 a.m. and he was tired. I had been up since 5, so I understood. His priority obviously had nothing to do with the customer experience. I took the time to ask about all of the times he was present when I was delayed and inconvenienced because of all of the car wash problems. He recalled several. I explained that I had other delays and inconveniences when other attendants and staff had to help me. I even told him that on multiple occasions that I had to pay for car washes elsewhere when their car wash was broken. I never got any reimbursement or discounts from my monthly subscriptions. Another issue is that Sunshine Car Wash advertises as if they are a chain. But my subscription only allowed me to utilize one location. I finally got tired of the rude, confrontational attendant and cancelled both of my subscriptions. He was still being rude. His attitude was that he was happy to cancel my subscriptions. I won't get any refund though. It's been a long, nightmarish experience. To be honest it wasn't all horrible. The hours and the free vacuums and free cloths do provide some value. But the staff and service got progressively worse and worse over the course of several months. They're supposed to spray down your car as you enter. Sometimes they do, other times they don't bother. Some of the newer attendants seemed to be more interested in their phones than their customers. It took about 5 months before I finally got sick of it. Just horribly exhausting and terrible dealing with the whole situation. I really don't know how businesses stay in business with such sub par service, but I have to be concerned with my businesses. read more

Robert and the new assistant manager are so apologetic about this car wash not washing my car on the wash I pay for it just not working on the brushes to wash your car today was the final straw none of the brushes came down it's not blocked off so you can't go back thru to get your car washed correctly the assistant mng did send my car back thru but when there were no drying towels the new blonde with braids says oh we don't have towels the washing machine is broken I asked where the assistant mng was she told me I couldn't talk to her she was with a customer. YES she was because a customer's car was damaged from this car wash the just lack of owners responsibility to provide customers with what they purchased is ridiculous to think they are opening another car wash on ulmerton is mind blowing!
