This car wash is gone / closed. We miss it. There's another car wash there but it's not brushless.

I happened to be in the area when I searched Yelp for a car wash. I chose Earthwash because of its reviews. It's a quaint little car wash, with two sides for servicing, and the entire wash is the size of a Checkers restaurant. They have different levels of washes, and the most expensive is $10. You drive your car through the hall, sit and wait while it does its thing, and you pull out either on to the street or to the size, where there are some vacuums. There was a very friendly worker who helped me with the payment machine and discussed some details about the business. He also handed me a dashboard wet wipe, which is something you can use to clean the inside of your car while you wait. The vacuums are quarter operated. It's $1.50 for 5 minutes. I was looking around for a quarter changing machine, but I did not find one. Luckily I had enough for one session, and that's all I needed to do the floors of my car. The car was is brushless, which wasn't the best route to go with all of the pollen on my car. If your car is very dirty, I wouldn't recommend this wash. If you are here just for a maintenance wash, this is where you can go on the cheap. There is also a pressure washing station on the other side of the lot. I could have used that to wash my car, but I didn't have any more quarters on me. For the price, Earthwash is a nice place to clean your car. Don't expect it to cut through thick dirt, but it will give your vehicle a nice shine for a nice price. read more

The thing I like about Earthwash is how environmentally friendly it is. I also like the fact that it's brushless and doesn't have any brush scraping against the paint on your car. I also like that it doesn't take long to get your car cleaned. They also have multiple stands for brushes and washing and cleaning the inside and outside of your car next to the wash. I can't verify if they get a heavy layer of bird droppings or if the love bugs have been plastered onto your car. In those cases I would pay more for a car detail. I come here sometimes for the pure convenience of going to a machine and have an auto car wash. However, if your car is covered in pollen, bird poo or something else don't waste your money here as it will not get most of it off even with the most expensive wash. The attendant is pretty cool if there is a long line but at the same time if there are six cars in the line expect to wait nearly 45 to an hour depending on the washes they ordered. If I need a light wash and there is no line I'd stop back but anything more I'm going somewhere else. read more

Because there are no brushes (touchless wash) not all dirt came off car, but we went back to pre-scrub (per attendant) and that worked. Open 24 hours. All of the equipment is always in very good working order, like new. I was here today and the owner handed me a free dash wipe while I was waiting for the automatic car wash. Zero stars this place sucks. Half the time the self serve machines don't work and leave my car soapy so I have to go through the automatic. Another time I was here the hose on the self serve machine busted and started flailing around and almost dented my car. I had to hold the hose down until the time ran out. So, I was in Florida my brothers For our Thanksgiving holiday and I thought since his car was our technical rental car I decided to take his very dirty and clean car and get it washed and detailed as a thank you for letting us drive around in his other car. So-early one morning, I looked up local car washes and interestingly enough most of them you have to do yourself unlike in California where I'm from, we have workers who wash and vacuum and do everything inside and out detailing wise for you. Not in Florida, as they are old school you do it yourself. So I pulled up to Earthwash- and parked next to The big bucket with lots of soft brooms and cloths so you could "rinse first to help get all the dirt off". It was a sunny morning and it was actually fun to scrub down the car and after getting most of the dirt off, I have back in to my brothers car and drove around to pay for the car wash. I believe I chose the high-end which was about $10 so pretty reasonable and very easy to go through. I did see one attendant , but he was just walking around near the building and when he saw me putting money in to pay for my car wash he kind of waved and smiled which was very sweet. Everyone is so nice in Florida! Finally it was my turn and I pulled my brothers car up into the wash stopped where I was supposed to and let the scrubbers do their thing.All in all Paul washing the car process took about 20-25 minutes and when the buzzer sounds you just drive right out and actually kind of spits you out right on the street so if you wanted to draw your car you have to circle back around. I was very grateful to find such a cute place and it was really easy to find and to get in and out. And yes my brother laughed at me for washing his car he thought I was crazy but I did want to pay him back for letting us borrow his car...sooooo in the end...He liked it and honestly it's the best it's looked in years! Today I decided to try Earthwash because I saw lots of good reviews online. I chose the most expensive Superior Car Wash for 10 dollars and as you can plainly see in the photos my car does not look any cleaner! The pictures were taken 10 minutes after, when I arrived home. Sun 11am not staffed so Used touchless machine, $9 (7, 8, and 10 are other options). Left water marks on car and windows, did not remove bugs (tho I anticipated this was a possibility). I also used vacuum which was the second disappointment of my experience. The bigger one was that an employee arrived towards the end of my time there and, when asked how things worked, I replied vacuum "doesn't pick up anything" he restated my comment with emphasis on "anything". Ok, I stood corrected -it picked up very little. He then went on to claim that "they are never a problem and unless the motor was not working at all", and "they're the best [I'll] find anywhere." If you're looking for a great car wash (wash yourself or let the place do it), look no further. Earthwash will make you happy. I'm from New York, and desperately needed my Subaru cleaned. I'm not used to all the dead bugs on the front of my car. Stu was an absolute doll! He showed me the ropes, and even helped me out. What an asset he is. I rarely get customer service like that. I wanted to adopt him! You can prep your car beforehand, with a big bucket of suds and some great brushes. I ended up settling on Earthwash for their automatic car wash options and their strict use of environmentally friendly cleaning products. For $8, I had an undercarriage wash, my tires cleaned, and the body of my car soaped, rinsed, dried, and made shiny. And to show their appreciation for their customers, the manager gave me a choice for a free gift: air freshener or glass-friendly cleaning towel. All in, a great value. This is normally my usual spot to come wash my car and I like it for many reasons. It's conveniently located and offers both options for drive through wash or you can do it by hand with the water hose gun and brush. I've never done the drive thru here but I like to do it by hand because the brushes produce lots of soap to get it squeaky clean and there's plenty of places to dry your car after you're done washing it. The manager here is a nice guy who is always out and about, greeting guests, offering help and often brings me extra goodies like air freshener and samples of armor all to detail the inside. His presence and friendliness sets this place apart from others nearby. The price can't be beat, only $2 in quarters for 5 minutes of time to get it rinsed and washed. The vacuums here are also great, they are very strong and help me do a good job getting all the junk out from inside my car. read more

I come here all the time for the drive through. For $10 you get a complete overhaul clean in just a couple of minutes. I love that they recycle their water, and their super strong vacuums and air freshener options are a plus. My only complaint is that they don't have a tire pump station. My tires were running low the other day and, as this is my normal spot, I pulled in here. Sad face. read more

There are very few brushless car washes where the owner comes out and greets you and thank you for your business. Plus, Plus! I love their procedure philosophy of recycling the water used for the wash. No brushes is cool when the pressure is high. Compared to other bush less types this place is very good. 06/23/2019 I paid for the deluxe pack. Undercarriage wash it wasn't working... it says tri color smapo wash only 2 was working on one side. Called management there answer was i will check it in the morning. For a $9 wash i'm expecting more.. plus they won't print a receipt.. So I don't recommend this car wash read more

I want give earth wash a better review only because I liken the concept. But my car always comes out of the wash with a white milky glaze all over it. Last time I got my car washed there I didn't have a towel in my trunk and had to go to CVS for per-moistened Windex towels to wipe the white stuff off my windshield. But otherwise a good wash for only 7 or 8 bucks I should say the guy that works there (or owns) is pretty cool. read more

This is a brushless wash, cleaning by high power spray. If you are at all concerned about brushes taking off your antenna or twisting your side-view mirrors, or especially if you have a bike rack or the like in your hitch, this is your place. The cost is very similar to brush washes, possibly a bit less as the most expensive (as of Nov 2018) is $10. As with any wash, unless you get a hand wash, the dryer will never completely dry your car. They have ample parking spaces to fully dry (or to vacuum - $1.50 quarter machine for 5 minutes). But, most of the time I find that driving gets all the excess water off without any issues. On caveat...if your car was recently attached by birds or you ran into hundreds of flying insects, the brushless may not get all of it off. Just sayin'. However, knowing that in advance, the parking spaces to the side of the wash offer a prep area where you may wish to do some work before driving through. As a note, the facility itself is a lot cleaner than any automatic wash I have ever visited. read more

This car wash is earth friendly but it barely touched the bird poo on the door nor the rims, I'm all for earth friendly but it didn't touch anything on my car, the wash took about 10-15 minutes due to low water pressure. read more

This place is great for a quick touch-less wash! You are in and out fast and don't have to worry about automatic machines scraping your car or if you have mods like me, you don't have to worry about them getting yanked off. I love this place. I am super picky when it comes to my car and its paint. I really like this place because it is brushless, but very powerful. I also like that Jim and Stuart are sometimes around. They are very helpful. For example, yesterday Jim helped me get some supremely adhered bird poop off the hood. It was too dried on to come off without soaking. I think the bird ate some cement before sitting in the tree above my car. I don't know what I ever did to that bird. Anyway, Jim saw me come in and came out to help me once I went through the wash. He used his mitt to soak the spot and helped me scrub it off without hurting my paint. He didn't have to do it. It is a self-serve car wash. But I sure did appreciate it. read more

What a great place and great price! I took my boyfriends car in for a quick touch up and the manager noticed I didn't prep wash it (which it desperately needed) and took it upon himself to scrub the entire car before entering the car wash. While I was waiting in line for the drive thru wash, a gentleman who works here greeted me with a smile and offered to clean the bird poop off my car before my wash, to ensure I got the best wash possible. Bought the $8.00 car wash....car is still dirty! Wheels didn't even get remotely clean...save your money and go elsewhere!!
