I have a monthly pass at this wash and recently I went through and my mirror was broken by the 2nd brush in the wash. I files a claim and of course have not even recieved a call back. This car wash has gone down hill in the past couple years. I am canceling my monthly account and going to another wash that doesnt damage your car. Beware these people do not run a good car wash. There are many complaints regarding car damage and they will not even respond to you. Terrible customer service. read more

Great customer service friendly and helpful ! Car wash was through and clean vacuum worked well and cleaning products were readily available. A lot of extras for the money will definitely be bac ! read more

Place has gone down hill fast since they split from the Dunedin location. Website is down so any changes you want to make to the account require you to drive to their office. Equipment breaks down and appears it's not maintained like in previous years. Recently changed owners one more time. So I switched to Tommy's Car Wash. no attendant needed to get on the pulling track. You simply drive on a belt that pulls you in. Better driers too. Just bring your own lint free towels. Everything is controlled from their app. Try them for FREE https://tommys-express.com/ read more

My toddler granddaughters, dog and a 1k mile road trip had done a number on my car. Main Street Express offers an automatic wash and then you can vacuum out your own vehicle. The signs advertising free vacuums and window cleaning supplies caught my eye. There's a pre "bug wash station" right before the machines to pay. I pulled in and took advantage and brushed off the buggy spots. I was really impressed with how well all the bugs were removed when the whole wash process was complete. The machine really did a great job of getting my car clean, and I only bought the $10 wash. I really like the vacuum area. It's covered, which will be even nicer in the hot months. There are vacuums on each side of your car, so no wrangling vacuum hoses around or thru your car. It's posted that you have a 10 minute limit during busy times. Thankfully it wasn't busy when I went because it took me nearly 30 minutes to thoroughly vacuum my car out and clean the inside of the windows. As if it could get any better, it's across the street from Wawa. Perfection. read more

ALWAYS SHUT DOWN WHEN I NEED A WASH. I have been a customer for 3 years and its seems like every time I desperately need a car they are closed. I pay monthly for a plan and they always get my money, but I don't always get my car washed. Wouldn't you know its always when I really need a car wash. The equipment is always broken. Today it was the hydraulic system that went out. I had to spend money at another car was before I picked up my client. Buying a wash at another car wash, when I already pay monthly for this place, how ridiculous. Needless to say this is the absolute last time im going to this car wash. Message to the owner, keep your equipment maintained and you wouldn't loose business. read more

I go there typically most Fridays and have a membership. In the last two times I have gotten scratches on my new car. It is unfortunate, since it is so convenient after dropping kids at school. It seems equipment is not maintained. read more

Caution when going to Main Street car wash on 12855 Walsingham Road! I was told by the manager, that the same person owns many in Pinellas County. I went to Main Street carwash a week ago today. I was directed on to the track by a young man and told to put it in neutral. Approximately 15 seconds later, an older man knocked on my window and hollered at me to cut my wheel.. He redirected me and then stated that both my rims would be smashed if I had gone through the way I was positioned. Mind you, I was directed by the first man, to be in that position on the track! To make a long story short, when vacuuming the vehicle, I remembered what had transpired and checked my rims, only to find that my front rim was indeed broken. I asked to speak with the manager and his response was didn't you read our sign, "we are not liable for damage to your vehicle"! I still insisted on filling out a damage report. Main Street car wash insurance company supposedly denied the claim today. They did offer me my $10 back, but I refused. The rim is $100.00 For me, it's about the principle! read more

Main Street Xpress Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Largo, Florida

Very expensive car wash and very poor job. What more can I say? It was 15 bucks for a basic wash that did not get the spots off the car.

At this car wash I was a regular customer I was there every Monday to get my car washed very happy with the service so 1 Monday I come through and the gentleman that supposed to guide me through the car wash did not put me on the track all the way pulled off the undercarriage of my car now I was just told that since my car is the age that it is they will not be paying for the repairs and they tried to give me a $50 gift card in exchange for that well I will tell you this you can take that $50 gift card is shove it right up you know where so you guys know I will not be going back I will be taking them to small claims court I'm going to leave bad reviews on every platform and even on my podcast that has 37,000 followers and 12,000 of them are local so if you are looking for a good car wash you are better off washing it yourself I'll call it a real professional read more

Main Street Xpress Wash - This is what the employee did to my car and I was told that $50 gift card will be the only thing I was given for the repairs - Car Wash Near Me - Largo, Florida

This was actually the worst car wash that I have been to in the area. I paid for the highest level wash. It did not manage to remove any bug remnants at all. I had to use the towels afterward and basically wash the car with all the water that was left onto from the very sub par dryers. Also noted the rinse didn't manage to rinse the soap off the back of my car. There was soap all over the bumper. In the jam of the back gate. Was the biggest waste of money I have experienced. I would have been further ahead to just go wash it myself by hand. read more

Great value for the package price. Unlimited washes!! Free chamois towels and window cleaner along with good vacuums.

Also, they haven't been here too long but, the price continues to rise for the very basic service . It was $6 then $8 now $10 Tooooooo much for them to simply poorly wash the car and you vacuum it. read more

Fast & efficient car wash with free vacuums. The guy at the machine assisting with package selection & purchase was awesome! Amazing personality for sure! Made our day! read more

I was very impressed with the excellent customer service that I received today. I hate all of the digital displays/technology for making selections that we currently have in society. Yes I may be young but I am an old soul and like a personal touch. A very nice gentlemen, named Timothy helped me with the display to select the best wash, checking to see if I wanted wax. He didn't have to go above and beyond but he did. After working in customer facing jobs for almost 20 years, I have seen a lot and what I saw today was great! Give this man a raise! all the other employees were great too, I just didn't have the opportunity to speak to them personally. Thank you guys! My red truck looks beautiful! The car wash was amazing and they have free vacuums after you purchase your wash. I found my new car wash home! read more

Complete scam. When I went through the McMullen Booth location (soft touch) it failed to clean my car. When I circled around and attempted to use the touch-free to finish the job I was paying a monthly charge for, it told me I would have to pay for the wash! I approved nothing, backed out and went home and finished the job by hand. Imagine my surprise when, in addition to the $37 monthly charge, they charged me an additional $10! When I called the following Monday morning, I was told it was not "Unlimited". When I pointed out their website and signup page still said unlimited, the person I was speaking with suddenly could only say "Well, we changed it" No notification, and fraudulent charges for a shoddy job. I cancelled my membership, and am awaiting a refund of the charges for services not rendered. I have a screenshot of the "Unlimited" and would be happy to provide it to prove this is nothing more than a bait and switch and a lousy carwash incapable of removing simple road dirt. read more

Decided to get my car washed after getting my Kids from school today. It had been "one of those days". KJ,, the manager, and his colleague Isaiah helped turn my day around! Great friendly service. I'll definitely be back again soon! read more

I am not sure if this car wash facility is related to the "Main Street Car Wash" at Largo and Clearwater locations, but this facility is really not bad at all. All though it is too far for me to drive up for a routine car wash from north Pinellas, but if I head to Indian Rock Beach, I will definitely stop by for a quick and quality car wash. The facility looks brand new and well staffed. I paid 18 dollar for a classic car wash option. I don't know a thing about how these machine cleans; the only thing I judge how efficient the machine works is to check the rear area of hubby's RV4. If the machine doesn't clean well, there will be residue or cleaning form left near license plate area. But this time, the car was cleaned and sparkling shine after the wash. There are plenty spaces for free vacuum and dry up your car. Easy access from Walsingham Road. Good car wash option if you are looking for one near that area. read more

Young guy employee got in my husband face this afternoon said closing for maintenance and told him to backup into 4 lanes of traffic on Ulmerton. We did the Haunted Car Wash which was TERRIFIC! We got there a little early and they broke up the group between cash and cards. They opened promptly at 7PM and we were on our way! We had three 8 year olds and they were properly scared for the most part. It isn't gory which was appreciated, but suspenseful. I would recommend it for families, but 8 might be the low end of the range for kids. read more

Warning do not use this place. I was told my paint being chipped off after using them was not their responsibility because my truck is older than 4 years. Which is irrelevant if you have a brand new vehicle dealerships detailing is normally a courtesy so this place is a terrible place! I own my own company and retail products. Customer service here is terrible! read more

Great wash! Just a lil high in price but the guys are friendly and helpful. The truck looks good i'm rolling clean! Thanks guys

I was delighted with this Car Wash. Matt was extremely helpful in getting me started as I hadn't been there before. i advise that everyone avoid the wash on Walsingham Road in Seminole. I thought I was the only one that had damage to my car caused by their obviously malfunctioning equipment but I've now seen that it's a pattern where the manager refuses to have contact even after a report is filed and when directly confronted in person refuses to cover the damages they cause and very rudely states that you enter at risk because they will not take responsibility even when it's caused by their equipment. Even told me to stop talking over him when I said there was no damage before and we had heard a very loud pop on that side when going through the wash and then immediately saw the damage. Then told me to leave. Told him I was going to post this. He replied you can't do anything to hurt us honey. His name is John and he's a very unprofessional jerk and that's being polite. Not to mention the water smells horrendous too. Had been going there since it opened but no more. Management is lacking to say the least. There are too many other choices where they actually care about quality and customers and I won't risk more damage to our cars. read more

Awful experience! Got stuck at the end of the car wash being forced to drive out of it. Leading to damage done to my car. When brought up to the managers as to what happen he stated "that did not happen at my car wash" blatantly calling me a liar. Have been to car wash multiple times and never had this problem. When reviewing the security cameras he then told me that he "could not disclose what he saw on camera." Then he continued to talk to his co-manager on the phone for 30 minutes and not telling me any updates about my situation. Final after standing in heat for 30 minutes waiting on a resolution to my problem he told me he "could not help me and took my name and number and his higher manager would give me a call within the week." It has been a week and a half, I have not received a phone call. Managers talked down to me and could not even handle the situation. Awful awful awful service!!!!! read more

Bought a monthly package for the first time. Track does need to slow down at dryers because sometimes you wash & go.. Spent 45 minutes detailing and vacuuming and you can use two hoses at once if you have help(nice feature). It would be nice if vacuum had attachment to fit into crevices and/or corners. Rags and spray are nice. Put floor mats through machine(nice feature as well). Love this concept and convenience. MAJOR ISSUE: *1st- During wash cycle could smell the rotten smelling water being used to wash the car. (The quality of the water does matter.) *2nd-ran floor mats through their machine and the next morning the rotten smelling water used to clean my mats stunk up the car something awful. I don't want to regret buying a pass but the nasty water needs to be changed as it also left bad spots on my car where I did not wipe it off. Hope they want to fix this and have long term customers. The quality of the water does matter. ***Customer Service was excellent!! read more
