Yesterday I went and was super impressed by how well they handled the line and efficiently moving people through, but then after the was when I pulled over to use the vacs and spot dry I was super impressed that there was a manager walking by to ask everyone how their wash was and passing out air fresheners. Then even after I was done and starting to leave, one of the works saw me and waved and noticed that one of my fold in mirrors was still partially folded in and came over to fix it for me. I was really impressed how everyone working there really seemed to care about their job and the customer experience.
