And tip your service industry workers. You don't have to go crazy as I know it is! But the vast majority I never see anyone tip them!

He knew this and yet they still charged with any other woman me the full amount. I am going back today and if I don't get satisfaction, I'm filing under elder abuse. Do not get anything done there. On numerous occasions, I've paid for one wash but received a different one. The drying wheel rarely seems to work properly, and after one of my recent washes, my truck was left with significant swirl marks in the paint. The final incident was the last straw. I have a truck with a ladder rack that had been approved by the manager, and I had successfully gone through this wash more than 50 times without any issues. During my most recent visit, the employees incorrectly operated the wash. They failed to properly retract the overhead bar and also allowed the vehicle behind me to get within about two feet of my truck instead of maintaining a safe distance. As my truck continued through the wash, the overhead wash bar came down onto the bed of my truck, ripped my entire ladder rack off, damaged my truck, and completely destroyed the rack. Their response was simply that it "wasn't their fault." However, this incident was entirely preventable and was the direct result of employee error. It was the staff's responsibility to correctly retract the overhead equipment and properly space the vehicles before sending them through the wash. After the incident, I contacted corporate but never received a response. I was left with a damaged truck, a destroyed ladder rack, and no accountability from the company. As a result, I immediately canceled my membership. It's disappointing because this used to be a business I highly recommended. Sadly, based on how this situation was handled, I can no longer recommend it.

Brad took out the seats and pulled back the rug and foam to dry it out. After it was dry he shampooed the rug and meticulously cleaned and detailed every inch of it inside and out. He did the work for less than my deductible and saved me a claim. Even though that was my first time there, Brad treated me like family and took care of my car like it was his own. He saved the day for me. I could not be happier. That definitely will not be the last time I take my car to them.

After going through their wash last Saturday (memorial day weekend) I have discovered dozens of sand sized chips only on the left side of the hood. I wrote to the carwash today seeking recourse but was told that they didn't do the damage. I was told it was impossible because their brushes are made with the same material as yoga mats and the do not hold onto any dirt as they also spin so fast it just wouldn't be possible. These nicks in my paint were not present before the wash but they suggested it happened driving up and down US 19. BS, I know my car and I look for any damage daily while having my coffee. Big Dan's was privately contacted by me this afternoon and they called me within 2 minutes just to immediately deny any culpability. Very bad business, I told them I would be writing a bad review since I did give them a chance to fix the damage in private communications with them. Now they are getting my honest bad experience review any chance I get.

It's a quaint little car wash, with two sides for servicing, and the entire wash is the size of a Checkers restaurant. They have different levels of washes, and the most expensive is $10. You drive your car through the hall, sit and wait while it does its thing, and you pull out either on to the street or to the size, where there are some vacuums. There was a very friendly worker who helped me with the payment machine and discussed some details about the business. He also handed me a dashboard wet wipe, which is something you can use to clean the inside of your car while you wait. The vacuums are quarter operated. It's $1.50 for 5 minutes. I was looking around for a quarter changing machine, but I did not find one. Luckily I had enough for one session, and that's all I needed to do the floors of my car. The car was is brushless, which wasn't the best route to go with all of the pollen on my car. If your car is very dirty, I wouldn't recommend this wash. If you are here just for a maintenance wash, this is where you can go on the cheap. There is also a pressure washing station on the other side of the lot. I could have used that to wash my car, but I didn't have any more quarters on me. For the price, Earthwash is a nice place to clean your car. Don't expect it to cut through thick dirt, but it will give your vehicle a nice shine for a nice price.

They began to charge me for the wrong car washes and it took sometime, to get that fixed. So, I started to search other local car washes. I found Blue Lagoon in Palm Harbor. The car wash was spectacular. I got the one with the "hot wax". There was a guy named Jamie who was very helpful, mannerly and even helped me dry my car. I was definitely impressed. The water pressure was so weak that it took nearly 5 minutes just to do the pre-wash. I thought the pressure would get better with the pressure wash, but it did not. I couldn't even effectively spray off bugs from an inch away. I put my hand in front of the sprayer (not advised with a "real" pressure washer), and it felt like a shower head. You can get better pressure from an ordinary garden water hose. I would never recommend this car wash because it took approximately three times as long to complete the job due to the low pressure. Of course, the longer you use it, the more it costs. I moved to a different stall to complete the rinse, but it was not much better. That's how I learned it costs $5 just to get started. In all, I spent nearly $21 to get the worst car wash ever. I was hoping for rain when I left so I could get a proper rinse. I tried to contact the company to no avail; the phone rang on my first call with no answer. Each call after that was met with the old-school busy tone. Customer service was just as disappointing as the equipment. Another major issue is the lack of pricing signs. There was no clear indication of what your total charges would be until you finish. Between the weak water pressure, high cost, poor communication, and lack of price transparency, I would not recommend this car wash to anyone.
