I've been to maybe 6 different car wash brand locations around Tampa Bay, and I've got to say BubbleDown is the one that I always want to come back to! From the greeters at the check in station, all the way to what they offer in the vacuum and wipe down area, it's just excellence! Even the customer bathroom is clean and always well stocked! I love how they offer two styles of vacuum wand, window and interior cleaner, an air gun for hard to get dirt or crumbs, and both a mat sink cleaning area AND an automatic mat washer machine. If you're looking for a car wash brand to call "yours", BubbleDown is the one! I know it's hard in this economy (I haven't been able to commit monthly myself and can only come as I'm able), but your car is worth it! read more

I've been coming here since it was called "Dolphin Xpress "(which opened JUST last year) I got one wash and my experience was sooo good, I decided to get a membership for unlimited washes. Pros: *Easy access going through the gate. There is scanner that scans the license plate so there is no need to process a code or payment. *A machine that cleans your floor Mats. *Cleaning supplies, towels, window cleaner, and interior cleaner. *Vacuums come with incredible suction. * Customer's service, they have associates all around in case you need anything. Best car wash in the area. Prices are high ($30 for Bestest Wash), but coupons def help and keep us coming back occasionally. Vehicles come out nice and clean...dryers don't really dry completely, but plenty of towels always on hand to finish the job. Interior cleaning solution as well as glass cleaner help make this wash a step above the rest. Always great staff as well if you need assistance. read more

The woman at Bubble Down Palm Harbor Fl lied to me presented as if they have promotional 1 month free yet it was a trick never mentioned membership. They took my card number when I paid for the carwash and my cell number and started charging me $24 dollars a month and bombarding me with texts. I live in Fl 2 months a year yet they lied and tricked me into signing up for yearly membership $24 a month, had to go to the office and cancel everything. BE CAREFUL SO YOU ARE NOT TAKEN BY THIS COMPANY. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK. read more

I've been a member for over a year and staff was always friendly. Much better when it was privately owned and was express dolphin. Last Friday I went through and the drying brush at the end ripped the antenna off of my car. The staff filed a report and told me this happens all the time and should be covered. It was not and Dylan, the claims manager is just making things up and lying. He clearly doesn't understand how a car is put together, even with video and picture proof. He refuses to give us the video of my car in the wash, but before pictures show my car fully intact. Their carwash broke off the plastic and it still has nine screws in the car. They will not cover damage even when it's their fault. I recommend a carwash that does the right thing and is ethical in their business practices. Do not go here. read more

They offer so many unique features that I honestly don't see at many car washes! They of course have vacuums and an air gun but they also offer clean towels, interior spray (which works amazing!), window spray, and air freshener! They also have a sink to wash rubber mats or a cool little carpet cleaner for carpet mats! The value is 10/10 and we will for sure be back! read more

Glad this place is finally open. I received the text today and went to use my free wash. It's new so it's obviously clean and inviting. The co-owner was very nice and appreciative for everyone's patience. This location is very close to our home so it's convenient and the wash seemed good and the vacuums were strong. I like the setup and the light show while getting car washed. I'll definitely be setting up a membership here, but kind of surprised that the prices for memberships seem a bit higher than most competitors in the area. Lots of car washes popping up in this area so hoping they'll consider price matching like the others do nearby. read more

they were great when o waited to the last day to use my coupon. then it rained. next day it had expired. they took care of me and I thank them. I did not think of rain when I waited to last date. I won't do that again but I left as a very happy customer and their vacumn is great and the Mat wash place is great and the frying clothes are always clean. . Ty again. read more

Dolphin car wash is tremendous! A great value for unlimited washes. I was staying in Dunedin and had a live oak over the parking area. I was going to the car wash every couple of days. I was in the "best" wash plan. My 2020 CRV never looked so good! Now I'm back in NH with Winter weather and snow. The CRV still looks like new after driving through salt and sand. The people at Dolphin provide friendly service. The carpet machine is fantastic as well. A state of the art facility. read more
