Staff is quick and attentive, the pricing seems pretty good and the service time is pretty quick. We just got the basic wash so we could get going and it did a good job on my brothers filthy vehicle haha. Cant drive around in a convertible that is dirty! There is seating inside and out. I purchased one of the larger packages on my Lexus sedan that included outside waxing. When I picked up my car, I noticed they barely touched the inside. It was dirty and dusty. Prepare the vacuuming was done, but virtually nothing else. I was very disappointed. I was there today for my Honda HRV lease turn-in prep. The customer service was fine. No real complaints there. I chose the Ultimate wash which was interior/ exterior including detailing. The dash area is nice. They did a decent job although the console area they really didn't take much time to clean. I mean, I feel like I could've done just as good as job myself. It is a good job with the back/middle seats. I don't believe they did any vacuuming in the very back. If they did, it was limited. There was no wiping down of the upholstery or some other areas of the interior overall. It was fine but honestly, I could've done just as good job on myself. The price was reasonable for what I got but with the description of the ultimate wash, I feel like more should've been done. would I go back? Probably not I will take the time to do it myself. read more

Been coming here for 15 years, every time I drop my car off I do a video walk around to ensure the condition of my car before they take it. They scuffed the wheel on my car, I have video to prove what it looked like before and after. After showing the lady the OBVIOUS scuff as shown in the pictures, she kept saying she didn't see anything there, BLATANTLY lying to avoid any liability and just walked away She also refused to go back and review her camera footage to see how my car was handled. I have had a hard time finding a car wash that is not only full service, but does a job as good (or better) as I would. That being said, I came here on a recommendation from a friend and my vehicle was dirty (I'm busy, and why waste money on services that are not worth the price), so when I saw the care they took and the job they did I was impressed. Why on earth would it take more than 1 hour to wash my car, if there are only 4-5 cars ahead if me in the vacuuming line at the start? Only 2 persons vacuuming and 5 toweling at the end if the line seems where the hang up is. Been to many car washes, but never one this slow to put cars through. The results are OK, but the time it takes is just not what I want to spend here. I see my car in the dryer section now, they have had it for 1 hour now... still has to get towel dried.... When you drop your vehicle off for the oil change and wash pkg, make sure you read all the print. It is ONLY for the two types of oil. They advertise a $34.95 wash and oil change but when all is done we walked out with a $63 bill. The $39 oil change and then the $15 discounted wash. Then there were the usual disposal fees, tax, etc. The fact is, they advertise one thing then take you on a ride and charge something else. In addition, their vacuuming needs some work. We had to ask them to touch up the next day. Also, their office lady stays on her personal cell phone and is not very personable. We thought we would use this place instead of traveling to Coachman but now that we know...traveling to Coachman Car cleaners is well worth it read more

I brought my SUV for an exterior car wash last Saturday. I didn't notice when I left, that the headlights of my RX350 were damaged til that same night coming back to my car from the store. Went Sunday afternoon to let them know but they closed at 3....arrived just before 4. This is in Main St., Dunedin by the way. Went today around 10am, talked to one worker first then to the owner. Answers were the same, not their fault must be from the inside of the headlights. I told them it was fine before the carwash. It looked like the cleaning brush was stuck in front of my car!!! Both headlights looked dull and scraped. This is the kicker...for $70 they can buff it. Why the heck am I gonna have them buff it if it's in the inside!?!?! Total no claim of responsibility... To the owner, you got all your cameras to make sure you got your eyes on your workers I'm sure. Check last Saturday around 10am for the white Lexus SUV...as to what happened exactly!!! Ok. So let me give this place one of fairest reviews ever. I've been coming here for over a year and a half. Sometimes it's been great, and other times it's been awful (hence the 3-Star review). I always get the ultimate wash and have never waited less than ONE hour. I know, that's crazy, right? With that said, if you don't have that time to wait, go somewhere else or be sure you're the first one in line when they open or when there are absolutely NO cars in line. NOTE: It is a bit deceiving from the road, but the guys who greet you always give you a pretty good estimated time of completion and are usually very pleasant. A suggestion for the owner would be to post your business hours somewhere online or on Yelp! As far as the inside service goes, the lady who accepts the payments is typically disinterested in speaking with you and is usually reading. If you know that, just pay her and don't expect anything more. I just never expect excellent customer service here and then I'm not disappointed. The outside service is inconsistent, based on the teams you get who "finish up" your car. Sometimes, they are arguing with each other and throwing rags around ... and other times, you get a crew that's awesome. It's really hit or miss. The prices are pretty competitive. It's nice that they give you coupons and if you collect 12 of them, you get a free wash--it really should be 10. So, why do I keep coming back to this place? Quite honestly, there really aren't many other options in Dunedin. It's convenient and I hold out hope that the owner may read some of these reviews and make some changes. And an hour and 20 minutes later ..... I'm done and today they did a great job........today. read more

I've been using Auto Shine for over 4 years and never had any complaints. Yes, it's a little expensive (but, then, what isn't?), and it takes at least 1 hr for a complete wash and dry, but, in the end, it's the best wash job you can get. I watched my washer and they worked on my car inside and out all by themselves and informed me they can't accept a tip for themselves but they share it with their employees? After everything they did for my car? I told my washer to keep their tip because they deserved it! I noticed some employees really did not do a good job on some people's cars, you'd probably get your money's worth and a better wash at a GAS STATIONS CAR WASH.... So I have been going here for roughly 5 years now regularly. For the first time they removed my antenna and unscrewed it from the vehicle. There was a little black washer that hides the gap and they lost it. I said something about it when I had to reinstall the antenna myself. They denied it and said I was never there. They proceeded to tell me to check the cameras, witch we did. It was clearly there in the video. The counter clerk witch I believe to be the owner would not admit it. She then tried to Make one herself out of an old antenna she had at her desk. She walked out to my vehicle and installed it herself. It looked awful and didn't match at all. I said that it didn't look good and that I didn't like it and she walked away and went back to her desk. Basically I'm done going here over poor customer service. The last couple times I have been there the inside of the truck was barely cleaned. To be fair this is unusual I have used them for a long time and thought they were doing a great job. Avoid this place! The staff is unfriendly and miserable, and for what you pay, they did a very sloppy job.

If you have 1-to 1 1/2 hours to kill then this might be the place for you. They need a lot more help to cut down on the sitting time.

Took my car in for a wash inside and out, came back to a greasy car and a broken dash camera. No one seemed to know how it was broken.
