I am not local but my brother has property and a vehicle in Dunedin. This place is super easy to get into. Staff is quick and attentive, the pricing seems pretty good and the service time is pretty quick. We just got the basic wash so we could get going and it did a good job on my brothers filthy vehicle haha. Cant drive around in a convertible that is dirty! There is seating inside and out. You can watch your vehicle roll out to the bump stop which is rather amusing. Made me nervous but nothing rolled over it. read more

I purchased one of the larger packages on my Lexus sedan that included outside waxing. When I picked up my car, I noticed they barely touched the inside. It was dirty and dusty. Prepare the vacuuming was done, but virtually nothing else. I was very disappointed. I've never picked up a car from a car wash and finding that the interior was neglected in such a way They did seem understaffed. read more

Well Done; the time felt a bit long, but I didn't mind waiting for the attention my van received. Thank you!

very great value for service provided! the ultimate package is such a great deal!prettyquick and friendly

BUYER BEWARE!!! This Carwash has a pattern of customer complaints of car damage while the owner completely denting responsibility! Aside from the multiple complaints of rudeness from the lady at the front desk. I've experienced the same when they damaged a wheel and they would not take responsibility even with video proof. read more

I was there today for my Honda HRV lease turn-in prep. The customer service was fine. No real complaints there. I chose the Ultimate wash which was interior/ exterior including detailing. The dash area is nice. They did a decent job although the console area they really didn't take much time to clean. I mean, I feel like I could've done just as good as job myself. It is a good job with the back/middle seats. I don't believe they did any vacuuming in the very back. If they did, it was limited. There was no wiping down of the upholstery or some other areas of the interior overall. It was fine but honestly, I could've done just as good job on myself. The price was reasonable for what I got but with the description of the ultimate wash, I feel like more should've been done. would I go back? Probably not I will take the time to do it myself. read more

Expensive and slow. Don't waste your time or money. This used to be so efficient. Employees are rude

Been coming here for 15 years, every time I drop my car off I do a video walk around to ensure the condition of my car before they take it. They scuffed the wheel on my car, I have video to prove what it looked like before and after. After showing the lady the OBVIOUS scuff as shown in the pictures, she kept saying she didn't see anything there, BLATANTLY lying to avoid any liability and just walked away She also refused to go back and review her camera footage to see how my car was handled. This is a blatant disrespect for peoples property I have video proof and pictures. read more

It a great wash for the price. You do have to ask for the air freshener even if your wash includes it, or else they just won't put one in. The staff is friendly and the indoor office is clean. They have both outdoor and indoor waiting areas read more

If you care anything about your vehicle DO NOT COME HERE!!! I came for an oil change and car wash and vac. Walked out with a non vacuum jeep and scratches in my drivers side window. All they did was wipe down my windows. $90 and the inside is still a mess and new window scratches. Careless business!!! read more

Unbelievable! 1 hour and 50 minutes for a car wash. They do not have enough staff or a system in place to effectively run cars through. Customer ahead of us had been there 2 hours. He was complaining as well and got the same response we did. "Minimum of 1 1/2 hours on a Saturday" We will never be back! read more

I have had a hard time finding a car wash that is not only full service, but does a job as good (or better) as I would. That being said, I came here on a recommendation from a friend and my vehicle was dirty (I'm busy, and why waste money on services that are not worth the price), so when I saw the care they took and the job they did I was impressed. Moving forward all I can say is my car will not get to that level of yuck (thank you oak trees in spring) before going back to them! read more

Make sure you read what you are getting. It's over priced and don't get what you paid for. The only thing they did good was the outside

Too much for what you have to pay and clean car yourself you need to have at least 6.00 invested

Why on earth would it take more than 1 hour to wash my car, if there are only 4-5 cars ahead if me in the vacuuming line at the start? Only 2 persons vacuuming and 5 toweling at the end if the line seems where the hang up is. Been to many car washes, but never one this slow to put cars through. The results are OK, but the time it takes is just not what I want to spend here. I see my car in the dryer section now, they have had it for 1 hour now... still has to get towel dried.... My first and my last time trying this one. Wish them the best, hope they read and act on reviews. read more

When you drop your vehicle off for the oil change and wash pkg, make sure you read all the print. It is ONLY for the two types of oil. They advertise a $34.95 wash and oil change but when all is done we walked out with a $63 bill. The $39 oil change and then the $15 discounted wash. Then there were the usual disposal fees, tax, etc. The fact is, they advertise one thing then take you on a ride and charge something else. In addition, their vacuuming needs some work. We had to ask them to touch up the next day. Also, their office lady stays on her personal cell phone and is not very personable. We thought we would use this place instead of traveling to Coachman but now that we know...traveling to Coachman Car cleaners is well worth it read more

Waited over an hour in the middle of a weekday for my car. They don't have enough staff to effectively run this place. They do a decent job, though they don't vacuum thoroughly. You also can't really tell when your car is done. It's convenient because close to where i live but I definitely don't have an hour+ to spare for a car wash read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would . I paid for ultimate washes on 2 vehicles. Horrible job. Sand and dirt still inside both vehicles. Dirt and smudges every where out side the vehicles. Windows not done . I couldn't see all the poor job until I got back home . Very expensive place for ultimate washes for very poor jobs done. I won't waste my money again on this place. Beware and stay away . read more

Another review about how they damaged my car and how unbelievably unprofessional and rude the lady running this business is.

It is usually busy on the weekends. That is generally a good sign they do a good job. Attention to detail is fairly good. They keep one guy who oversees the quality before you get your car back. It is a little expensive, but extremely fair for the quality and speed. read more

I brought my SUV for an exterior car wash last Saturday. I didn't notice when I left, that the headlights of my RX350 were damaged til that same night coming back to my car from the store. Went Sunday afternoon to let them know but they closed at 3....arrived just before 4. This is in Main St., Dunedin by the way. Went today around 10am, talked to one worker first then to the owner. Answers were the same, not their fault must be from the inside of the headlights. I told them it was fine before the carwash. It looked like the cleaning brush was stuck in front of my car!!! Both headlights looked dull and scraped. This is the kicker...for $70 they can buff it. Why the heck am I gonna have them buff it if it's in the inside!?!?! Total no claim of responsibility... To the owner, you got all your cameras to make sure you got your eyes on your workers I'm sure. Check last Saturday around 10am for the white Lexus SUV...as to what happened exactly!!! I did not make it up. I have a garage...so the must be from the sun crap doesn't apply neither! read more

Ok. So let me give this place one of fairest reviews ever. I've been coming here for over a year and a half. Sometimes it's been great, and other times it's been awful (hence the 3-Star review). I always get the ultimate wash and have never waited less than ONE hour. I know, that's crazy, right? With that said, if you don't have that time to wait, go somewhere else or be sure you're the first one in line when they open or when there are absolutely NO cars in line. NOTE: It is a bit deceiving from the road, but the guys who greet you always give you a pretty good estimated time of completion and are usually very pleasant. A suggestion for the owner would be to post your business hours somewhere online or on Yelp! As far as the inside service goes, the lady who accepts the payments is typically disinterested in speaking with you and is usually reading. If you know that, just pay her and don't expect anything more. I just never expect excellent customer service here and then I'm not disappointed. The outside service is inconsistent, based on the teams you get who "finish up" your car. Sometimes, they are arguing with each other and throwing rags around ... and other times, you get a crew that's awesome. It's really hit or miss. The prices are pretty competitive. It's nice that they give you coupons and if you collect 12 of them, you get a free wash--it really should be 10. So, why do I keep coming back to this place? Quite honestly, there really aren't many other options in Dunedin. It's convenient and I hold out hope that the owner may read some of these reviews and make some changes. And an hour and 20 minutes later ..... I'm done and today they did a great job........today. read more

First time trying this place and they did excellent! Super impressed. I got the ultimate wash where the armor all the interiors and my car looks brand new. I've been using Auto Shine for over 4 years and never had any complaints. Yes, it's a little expensive (but, then, what isn't?), and it takes at least 1 hr for a complete wash and dry, but, in the end, it's the best wash job you can get. Everyone working here makes sure your car is the cleanest they can get it and they don't quit until you're satisfied. Yeah, I'll be back in a few weeks! read more

Auto shine car was damaged my car after interior cleaning and did not take full even half responsibility beside blaming on me for damage. On november 23 rd 2019 saturday at 11:30 am I left my car for oil change and interior cleaning in undamaged condition( inspected by employee who took the key) at Auto Shine car wash on 1435 main street Dubedin , FL 34698.after they done with the car I noticed the headlight over the back passenger seat was broken and hanging out.i did complaint about it to owner and she blamed on me that it must be broken before and when I told her it was not and even your employee took the car he inspected and received undamaged then she changed her statement and told me my employees not even touch ceiling and get in verbal argument with me next to my 9 year old son and scared of him.my son just wanted to go home and got out this place and told me mom let s go maybe it was loose after the owner told me it must be broken or loose before us.in a second she used my son's statement against me and said look even your son says it was loose.it was so unprofessional and rude .I left the place to do not upset my two boys.but after googling her place I saw a lot of negative comment on her business and attitude. read more

TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR CAR AND GO ELSEWHERE!!! Most of the staff here are not friendly and the customer service is absolutely atrocious. The owner is a absolute spazz and seems as if she doesn't care for anything. The employees "share tips." I watched my washer and they worked on my car inside and out all by themselves and informed me they can't accept a tip for themselves but they share it with their employees? After everything they did for my car? I told my washer to keep their tip because they deserved it! I noticed some employees really did not do a good job on some people's cars, you'd probably get your money's worth and a better wash at a GAS STATIONS CAR WASH.... My car is also a stick shift and most of these people couldn't figure out how to get my car out of the wash!! Like are you serious???? Overall it took almost an 1-2 hours for my car to be finished. This place is a absolute joke. Will not be returning!! read more

Extremely poor service. They gave me the car and the mat was still dirty so I sent it back to get vacuumed properly. I then drove off and noticed my cup holders hadn't even been vacuumed or cleaned whatsoever and there were a bunch of spots still left on the body of the car! Awful. read more

So I have been going here for roughly 5 years now regularly. For the first time they removed my antenna and unscrewed it from the vehicle. There was a little black washer that hides the gap and they lost it. I said something about it when I had to reinstall the antenna myself. They denied it and said I was never there. They proceeded to tell me to check the cameras, witch we did. It was clearly there in the video. The counter clerk witch I believe to be the owner would not admit it. She then tried to Make one herself out of an old antenna she had at her desk. She walked out to my vehicle and installed it herself. It looked awful and didn't match at all. I said that it didn't look good and that I didn't like it and she walked away and went back to her desk. Basically I'm done going here over poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

My car looks brand new!! Well worth the $17.

Used to be a frequent customer for few years, never had an issue, just saw their work just getting sloppier every time, finally the work was bad enough that I told the guy who seems to be in charge what I tough they need to re do, well he got all upset walked away and leaved me talking alone. The manager or owned took care of the issue, just the way I was treated by the employee was enough to stop doing business with them. Their ultimate package is getting price and sloppier at the same time. Not going back read more

The last couple times I have been there the inside of the truck was barely cleaned. To be fair this is unusual I have used them for a long time and thought they were doing a great job. I brought in my very dirty vehicle after traveling from PA and they gave me the cleanest car . Great service.

Avoid this place! The staff is unfriendly and miserable, and for what you pay, they did a very sloppy job.

If you have 1-to 1 1/2 hours to kill then this might be the place for you. They need a lot more help to cut down on the sitting time.
