    This company is horrible. Late on quarterly tax filings, they never get the penalty and fees…read moreremoved or taken care of. I get delinquent notices from the states months later and Primepay just says all your accounts are "in balance" which just means we have automatically paid all the taxes, ALONG with the penalties fees and interest. They never ask for abatement or credit your account for their errors. Charged over $1k for reissuing erroneous W2's they messed up, was told fee was credited, they waited several months and charged it again! Then I had to prove it was supposed to be credited, and thank goodness I kept all my emails stating that because they said they "see" nothing on their end. Then you have to babysit to make sure they don't charge your account and actually do give the credit. The corrected W2's spelled an employee's name wrong, so had to have corrected, corrected W2s. Their tax people will give you erroneous information time and time again. Their support gives wrong info. Trust nothing they tell you - even when you can get a hold of them. Their system makes wrong employee contributions and/or company matches to the 401Ks. They can never say why. It will just not be right. Supposed to be a 10% employee contirbution with a 3.5 match...Better review it every time beause it will match some random amount or contribute some random amount. Also, their system has no safeguards and somehow lets employee accounts over-contribute as their system has no way of stopping contributions once annual limits have been met, so as the employer, to keep our accounts in IRS compliance, we are forced to "claw back" the funds and that is so embarrassing to have to notify employees of this and then have to do it by contacting our 401K provider. They said it was fixed for the next year, guess what? It happened again! But for one employee, Primepay did stop the contributions when it hit the limit - one of their employees went in and manually did it somehow. great, right? Nope, because they didn't turn back on the contributions for the next year. So had to have another payroll run to correct that glitch in their system. There are 2 separate portals you have to sign into for Primpay each with their own log-ins and one has a crazy long, required username that includes the word Primepay in your username, and even with that I have never, I do mean never, been able to sign onto the other one until today when I was on hold for an hour as I was FORCED to call and then log in to this other Primepay portal in order to cancel their lousy service. They are just so terrible at everything payroll. I am sorry I ever went with them and I am upset that I am spending more of my time writing this as I have spent WAY too much time on this outfit. I can not possibly share here all the errors, horrors, time and money this company has caused. I'm writing this review because if I save just one person from Primepays time-wasting, stressful, erroneous-filled vortex, it is worth it. a couple of their emails: Hi, I do apologize for the round around...... Hi! I have received your request. You can login to the services.primepay.com portal. (this is the other portal you can never log into where all the answers are, they can never just answer the question) This email is an automated response informing you that we have received your case submission. Your case has been assigned the following reference number: 01270080. (they never get back to you) Hi, I am so sorry, please disregard my previous email. I mistakenly addressed another issue on this case. I am still awaiting an update on the new hire reporting! Hi! Since I have not heard back from you, I am going to close out this case. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to us! Thank you! Have a wonderful Holiday! (Literally never answered a request and then sent this a month later)

    Until Nov 2023 when we had a designated rep, all was great. Since then, and I run 3 company…read morepayrolls with Primepay, it has fallen apart. They demand payroll numbers a week prior to pay day, and takes them 3 days to process, and then often with errors. Will convince my 3 biz accounts to switch to a real payroll processing co in 2024 (Gusto or ADP) because PrimePay is terrible and increased fees (probably to sustain due to declining clientele) are outrageous,
