We have had canceled policies each year due to Hillsboro Insurance's lack of communication and follow-through. Hillsboro never contacted us about not receiving payment from the bank/escrow account; they just allow the policies to cancel! When we were trying to get coverage on a second home, Lisa told us it was covered, but refused to send us a copy of the declaration page. After months of calling and emailing, I finally got her to email me the document. Headache after headache with these people. I'm so happy to have changed everything over to a different company!

She was able to save me money on my policy and find some gaps in my coverage. I have found insurance to be pretty complicated and Lisa took the time to review everything prior to our first meeting and took plenty of time showing what was going to be good for my family and what I might not need to worry about as much. I now call her from time to time to ask for her to go over my policies and see if we need to make changes.
