No urgency and no effort to make it right quickly. Instead, they asked me to wait an entire additional week. That is two last-minute cancellations, zero follow-through, and a complete disregard for my time. Running a household means scheduling matters. I blocked off time, made arrangements, and was let down -- twice. Consistency and reliability are the bare minimum for any service provider. This company couldn't deliver either.
