Brake job squealed for 2 months before the pads wore down a bit and squealing finally stopped. Had a control arm replaced and approximately 100km later the associated wheel literally fell off while driving. Lost all 5 lug nuts which had obviously not been more than finger tight. They tried to blame us for this. Last straw was last week, when we returned because of clunking and rattling in the front end. After test drives by a mechanic and the owner they advised my wife that a broken strut and worn axle were the cause, and replacing them would cure the noise. $700 bucks later the noises remain. I took the owner for a drive and he now tells me the strut and axle were safety issues only but the noises are likely due to worn bushings on a sway bar and another service is required. Additional issue of service records for my vehicle that they had, lost, and then denied any knowledge of during this particular fiasco. F**k that. I'm done. Not getting another cent from me. I absolutely would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. 0 stars if I could.

The second truck, needed a transmission, quoted $12,000 and rose to $18,000 plus they fixed my axil another $3,400 plus storage fee of $2,700 claimed it was interest and the owners always charges a storage fee? The best is, I told them I would pay the bill and not to worry about my transmission. So I paid the $5,500 bill and had the truck towed to my yard. When the truck arrived at my yard, it had no transmission. When I asked (Sebastian) about my transmission, Sebastian said it had a crack and they through it way (Lies). Meet one of the mechanics who worked at Jensen's, he told me, that the owners and Sebastian scam customers! They rebuild the transmission then resell the used transmission as rebuilt. I recently took my 2000 Jetta to these guys for a timing belt change (this can be done in about 3.5 hours but is charged at 5 hours of labour as this is used as the standard for this job). Part of changing a timing belt should be adjusting the fuel injection pump so the physical timing is correct. This step was not done, and my timing was so far off that my car was having extremely difficulty starting and was not running properly, had I left it like this it would cause severe engine damage.

Don't try and take in tires to sell them or trade with them. They will treat you like dirt. My experience has been good prices for new tires and a decent price for a seasonal changeover. However. Today I took them 4 brand new tires valued at $450 (never used - still had the manufacturers sticker on it. They offered me $150 for all 4 tires. I was never more insulted in my life and quickly picked up the tire and put it back in my car. Grumbling about how much they were worth and receiving a muffled F@(kYu from the guy. Wow.
