Went for a test drive and though they reduced the price to try to get in my budget, it wasn't low enough for me. This is a 5-star review so it gets seen -- but it truly deserves ZERO stars…read more Canada East Drives was absolutely terrible to deal with. I would highly advise against doing business with them. They took advantage of a vulnerable situation involving my 12-year-old son, who has serious medical issues. We needed a safe and reliable vehicle to get him to appointments, but they saw an opportunity to make money and ignored any sense of decency or responsibility. When I raised concerns, I was met with silence and blame-shifting. They pointed fingers at Port Elgin Auto, the shop that inspected the vehicle, rather than taking accountability for selling an unsafe car. They were completely unprofessional, told multiple lies, and failed to follow through on anything they promised. I've never dealt with a more dishonest or uncaring company. Buyers beware -- especially if your situation depends on reliability and trust.
