He was not pushy or trying to get us into something we did not want as so many sales people can be like. He provided us with the options and let us take the lead on what we wanted to look at. We did not feel any preasure to buy and provided us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision and for that I am thankful. Happy to say we bought the vehicle we wanted and not once felt under pressure. I would give Gary a 10/10 for our experience.

They spent FOUR HOURS looking over the electrical system before confirming that the issue was with the body control module (something that only the dealer has access to). In short, they are fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough.

This is a 5-star review so it gets seen -- but it truly deserves ZERO stars…read more Canada East Drives was absolutely terrible to deal with. I would highly advise against doing business with them. They took advantage of a vulnerable situation involving my 12-year-old son, who has serious medical issues. We needed a safe and reliable vehicle to get him to appointments, but they saw an opportunity to make money and ignored any sense of decency or responsibility. When I raised concerns, I was met with silence and blame-shifting. They pointed fingers at Port Elgin Auto, the shop that inspected the vehicle, rather than taking accountability for selling an unsafe car. They were completely unprofessional, told multiple lies, and failed to follow through on anything they promised. I've never dealt with a more dishonest or uncaring company. Buyers beware -- especially if your situation depends on reliability and trust.

What should have been the excitement of owning a brand new Mustang turned into an absolute disaster…read morethanks to Riverview Ford. I brought my car in five separate times for A/C warranty repairs. Every visit ended with "it's fixed," and every time it absolutely was not. Five attempts, zero solutions. That alone is unacceptable. It got worse. After finally taking the car to another shop, I was informed that parts Riverview Ford explicitly told me were replaced under warranty had never been replaced at all. That is beyond incompetence and firmly into dishonesty. While all this was happening, my car was also hit in Riverview Ford's lot when someone backed into it. Yes, they disclosed the damage and repaired it--but the bumper came back with a different shade of black paint, and I was essentially told to just accept it on a brand new vehicle. Between the repeated failed repairs, false claims about warranty work, and damage done to my car, the experience became so stressful and exhausting that I ultimately sold the Mustang just to be free of the situation. Riverview Ford managed to turn a dream car into a constant source of frustration. I would not trust this dealership with a vehicle I cared about.
