When visiting a unit in winter we found a heater condensate pipe running through the wall had frozen, burst and sent corrosive water on our things. The office was unstaffed and the 800 was unable to contact anyone for help. My 82 yr old husband and I had to move heavy items to safety, a three hour effort! Public Storage ignored our calls for help and a simple repair that was made would not prevent the same situation again, indeed it has refrozen within a day.
