The interior is clean and ambiance was very relaxing with dimmed lights. We got the couples massage and we were both happy with the service. The massage was very relaxing and hit all the right spots, and they removed all my knots, and we both felt refreshed after the massage. Overall, I will come back here again. Apparently I led the charge because when I got there, there was no one - and in the matter of the hour, I counted four people coming in, and I stopped counting at six interruptions in my massage when she had to go and answer the phone, talk to people in the lobby, get people settled in another room. And every time she answered the phone she told people to come down because it's not busy.... I could have forgiven all of that, and I might have even come back because historically the price has been right. The $50 massage, $10 tip, not bad for someone with no Massage training. But when I was leaving, she stopped me and asked me for $30 tip. She pointed to a new sign that they have that says that a good massage is $20 tip and a great massage is $30... and I'm wondering why would I pay 60% on a substandard massage that was interrupted 6+ times... I leave both excellent and not so excellent reviews here. Unfortunately, today was not so excellent. Would definitely not recommend because you'll be incredibly disappointed, if not incensed! :(

I came because my back and shoulders HURT and I wanted someone with a solid and strong touch. She had that! She used a fast and firm motion. I mean, it was a bit jolting. But honestly, I needed the deep massage, so despite the roughness and lack of familiarity, the job was getting done. She finally spoke and asked if the pressure was ok. I said yes, and was happy to finally know she was a woman. Next she pulled the sheet back and squirted lotion or oil on my back - no warning. She tossed the bottle on the sheet by my legs. No big deal, just not relaxing like I'm used to at more spendy places. A bit later she left for a few minutes and brought out the hot rocks! I love those and didn't know it was part of my package.
