My fault, I should have not accepted the cut. Bottom line, food is good as is the service, except for this JJ bartender. As a seasoned business owner, I wonder why he keeps such an unbalanced individual on during the busy times if he knows she cannot handle it in a professional manner? Maybe put her on lunch schedule or out to pasture. There are so many restaurant's and bars to choose from, no one should have to put up with surly waitstaff.
