For example a home protection plan as well as Disney plus. Those were things that we would never ever have chosen to purchase. No mention from Verizon staff, just snuck that in. Beware of this location. Verizon mentioned that retail Verizon locations will do this to increase their revenue flow. Sounds like fraud to me.

The more you buy, the bigger the discount. I got a Coach case that was $50-$60. Yah I know, my eyes got big at that sticker price. So Visalia didn't have the accessories I wanted so I went to the Hanford store. Customer reps there were awesome because it took a few hours to set up my phone. This experience was way way better this around, why? Well I paid an extra $30 for it and about $100 in accessories. That Discount: I was able to get a bigger & better discount, but to get that one has to make sure they have their REAL ID set up. Yep, I do -I'm all caught up in the Matrix. Turns out I'm saving more money by upgrading after letting go of my OG grandfathered data plan. Yah sometimes yah gotta let go & I did. Much happier now. End of the story: DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICES. They will take your money and run with it. They are a PREPAID service because they do not provide what you are paying for and will use that as an excuse to not refund your money. "A refund would be impossible" -James from customer service. *As of right now I am on the phone trying to get a refund for this past month of well below sub-par service. If they don't work with me at all I will be making a report to the BBB. **If you read this report and still decide to go with them, do not upgrade your services. Get the lowest plan because your upgrade will not do you any good anyway. The only change is what you see on your statement every month when they take your money via automatic withdrawals (they do not provide statements or bills).

    I have been a customer for over 5 years. Living in a rural area, reliable internet used to be hard…read moreto come by, so I was glad to find Unwired at first. I even have one of their relay towers within 500 feet of my home, and in the beginning the service was decent. Over time, however, the connection slowed significantly. When I called customer service, they upgraded me at no extra cost, but only after I asked. I found it frustrating that they don't automatically extend available upgrades to loyal customers. Their policy seemed to be that you have to complain or ask before they offer improvements--even if your service is struggling. That didn't make sense to me from a customer service standpoint. In the past year, the issues have gotten worse. Video meetings often cut out or force me to turn off my camera because of poor connection speed. I've spent countless hours troubleshooting and calling customer support, but nothing has resolved the problem. I finally tested a new internet option and was shocked at the difference: four times the speed at half the cost. When I called to cancel Unwired, they didn't even try to keep me as a customer--they simply admitted their product wasn't the best available and let me go. My advice: Before signing up with Unwired, research other options. It doesn't take long to find better internet service at a much better price.
