Rob seems to care very much about excellent customer service and I appreciate that! My Nest doorbell came with a generic small sized plate and it wouldn't cover the entire doorbell hole. Good thing Rob came prepared and had bigger plates to cover the previous doorbell hole and turn the camera a few degrees to have a better view of who's coming and going. Now with my Nest doorbell camera installed, I feel at ease when being at home with a toddler that likes to run to the front door to greet everyone. Thank you again Rob, I'll be sure to request for your services again for other smart home products and installations!

No not enough I said ok how about 400$ they said yes later said they wanted paid 500$ first half and 100$ second half , so I'm paying almost double what she quoted. I knew it was a bad idea but I had it in writing and they promised they would come back ! for that price I just wanted it finished and they were already there so I agreed ! , well they lied !! They had multiple no shows--no calls to reschedule, nothing. They just didn't bother showing up. This went on for months. Then they had the audacity to say that they had completed the service even though previous emails said they hadn't and they hadn't shown up since. I gave them multiple opportunities to remedy the situation and they didn't. I even tried calling the owner and got ignored there too. The service was for my 80 year old mother and they really took advantage. They said they'd been there and done the work when they hadn't. I was so frustrated--they ignored my emails, calls, everything. If it was just a few bucks, I would have let it go--lesson learned. However, it was over $1000. Luckily, a friend mentioned that you could file a claim on PayPal--which I did. It took some time to sort through the emails and take photos, but PayPal eventually reimbursed me every penny. I love PayPal as much as I dislike Chelyboo and their awful customer service. Some advice--STAY AWAY!!!! Call someone else or do it yourself.
