After 8 years, this place definitely feels like one of my go-to spots. Amazing staff, great service, and always a good time. Highly recommend!

The pastry part was so flaky and crispy, with a gooey center then the ice cream was somehow creamy and solid enough where it didn't melt. I'm not sure how they did this, it was ice cream but it wasn't... then I ordered the black tea and it paired perfect with it. Overall it wasn't too sweet which I can't say for most desserts, I will eat one bite and be done but this one, I shared with my partner and we ate every last bite of it. He got the chai latte and that was meh, too sweet and not worth it.

The service was okay, it could've been better. The restaurant is a perfect place to catch up with friends over a bite or a sweet treat. More people do seem to come in later in the night and its an eclectic crowd. My girlfriends told me they come here a lot to study and to do their work, so its a super chill spot where you happen to be able to smoke hookah. Their bowls are really long lasting, and the coals are changed out right on time. They do serve a couple of snacks and a couple cold beverages as well, but if you're really hungry, I've heard the Mediterranean spot next door is good and the bakery on the other side also has delicious desserts that you can bring in as well. Will definitely become a repeat spot when I want to just have a chill night with girlfriends and chit chat.

Giving it 3 stars because the bathrooms are DISGUSTING. There's only 2 unisex bathrooms and they are often clogged up. If it isn't clogged up, there's no toilet paper or it's just trashed. Sometimes the door lock is broken too and won't lock properly. They have been doing some renovations to their furniture but not the bathroom. It's so gross. The specialty drinks are really good. Especially when the bartender Chase is there. My favorite is the Pink Lagoon. It'll sneak up on you because it is made with tequila. It's like an alcoholic pink drink with the coconut cream, guava and pineapple. Pricy with drinks averaging $15-20 and they have an automatic 18% surcharge on weekends (that is not tip). Food is great. Some of the best wings downtown. The lamb chops are really good too. I wouldn't get the wagyu sliders. It wasn't good. It tasted like an average slider advertised to be fancier since it's "Wagyu". I've had better sliders elsewhere for much cheaper. Save your $30. Parking here is horrible because it's in the heart of gaslamp. Horton plaza parking is probably your best bet if you can't find street parking.
